He was a top QB coming out and the only reason for not playing would be great QB play already on the roster.
A team is going to start him and pay him such.

Not a NFL team, they wouldn't risk paying starter money for someone who's never started regardless of their college pedigree. He will already be a few years removed from that anyways.

Even if that is true and he only gets that amount ( I think he gets more do to being such a high draft pick but I will play along)... he still would want to start. Why would he take a Bears matching deal when they are playing Glennon?
