Nice guitar...They come in a few colors...silver is one..Another one was like a greenish

The black shows all the pick scratches though

I have a LP black beauty..same problem

I still love my acoustic more than anything anyway. Brings out the real talent in the individual. **** all that damn equipment, and amps, and pedals, and noise. Nothing like playing the acoustic versions of Layla and Hotel California. Those leads are much more fun on the acoustic than spending hours loading all that equipment and nonsense, setting up the sound, etc. Give me an acoustic guitar and amp and I'm good.

Its more of a jet black than a fucking black. I had one of those and painted it tuxedo black, but under certain lighting it looked onyx black.

hahahahaha. Had to do that, or open up a new browser, wouldn't let me thank your post.

I have an Epiphone Les Paul, Custom Pro. Bought it two years back.

Had a white one beforehand, but someone bumped into it at the house and it fell out of its stand face first to the floor.

That's why I bought the Guitar Center pro coverage warranty. Was sent a box, wrapped the guitar up in brown paper, sent it away and got my money back in a gift card. The store didn't have another white one when I went back, so I purchased a black one.

To be honest, I don't think it was any more than an extra $75 for 3 years. Due to the fact at the time I was in a band and we'd do some gigs, you never know when someone might knock it over or shit happens.

Thats a good point..My homeowners insurance says they will only cover my stuff in the house, and even then there is a dollar limit. I had to buy a rider on my homeowners to cover it outside the house..Even then, it wouldn't cover my stuff inside our trailer while being transported to a gig..I had to take out special trailer insurance to cover that as well..The trailer itself was covered under my auto policy, but the contents weren't..Fuckin racket

That is a joke. I usually get whatever warranty the seller offers on my expensive purchases. My guitar, car, TV, Xbox, IPhone all are covered for a few years. I'd rather have it then not as you really never know. Shit, I wasn't expecting the guitar to fall over IN ITS STAND, but I was glad it was covered. Guitar center was actually pretty cool and quick about it. Think the whole process took a week from me sending it out to getting the gift card.

Srs post. Regarding Epiphones...Les Paul vs Sheraton. What the difference? They're both semi-hollows and about the same price. Les Paul just looks more visually appealing to me, but what is the tone difference?

I outside of playing the guitar somewhat well, I know thing about the actual instrument to give an assessment between the two.

I like my Les Paul, but I hate my Fender Frontman amp. I get good tones and sound out of the les Paul but the amp wasn't as great as I expected.

Depends on the pickups Clone...Check the stats on each guitar and see what pickups are in each..Thats the main difference..Everything else is either cosmetics or feel for the player.

Get to Guitar Center or some other musical superstore, and try each one out
