My respect for Aaron Rodgers has gone up proportionally to the inverse that my interest in the Bears has gone down. Too bad Rodgers plays for a division rival, because if he played anywhere else, I'd be a big fan

Just like I knew you would defend him no matter what he was accused of.
What is he accused of he literally admittedly did something that everyone knows he did including him because he literally did it and acknowledged he did it what is there to accuse him of hmmmmmmm?

I've liked Aaron Rodgers ever since he was the only person in the world to not shit on Jay Cutler despite having every reason in the world to. There was none of this "I own you" shit when Jay was here. Even though he totally still owned us.

Hub just made it worse by apologizing. He should have just stood his ground. This story would have gone away in a few days, but now he just brought more attention to it.

Honestly, who gives a shit how he votes anyway? And who gives a shit if Rodgers wins or not? They can both go fuck themselves for all I care. Just saying.

I think that maybe perhaps this Hub hateration from yourselve is literally stemming from the FACT that you're literally "mad jelly" that he acturally has legitimate sources for his bears news and rumours meanwhilst your have your dabearsblog whomst is just a regurgitated spewage of stuff that acturally sources from real sources and deeply downward you wish you had an ounce of the credibility that Hub possesses which is moreso pounds and pounds of credibility like weighing even more than all of your breakfastses put together into one singular breakfast.

Fantastic article, other than the fact that he got the frequency number wrong of the score (or was that really a low key shot at just how unimportant he feels sportstalk radio is?)

Either way, it's a fantastic article and I agree 100%.

Media in sports should be covering the news and not making it and therefore no media should ever have any vote for any of these awards.

Hub has a lot of credit in the bank for me. Long history of being a measured and fair analyst, and his knowledge of NFL front offices is second to none.

Rodgers on the other hand is just an asshat. He was always an asshat and now he's a an irresponsible, deceitful asshat.

Those who say their respect for AR has skyrocketed should consider the fact that they've literally become enamored with someone because they were deceitful and irresponsible. Have a think about that.

Yeah sure thing.

Let's be real, you like Aaron Rodgers for the same reason you like the little shitstain in your avatar, because he triggered the libs. Period.

Once you look at it as "irresponsible", you go into the politics of Covid and vaccines and mandates because they are all tied together whether you agree or not. I prefer to not get political and let the guy decide what he wants to do with the risk... and I honestly dont believe in the notion of unvaxxed are the reason for all this. I'm not against vaccines by the way. I just think the whole thing is too political and messing with people's livelihood at this point and its too much.

And by the way, think about how I needed to mention above "I'm not against vaccines". That's the times we live in, even though its nobodys business.

You misunderstand me. I don't think he's irresponsible for not being vaccinated. I think he's irresponsible for being deceitful about it.

Oh sorry about that. Again though, it goes hand in hand with personal space and privacy. I'm not speaking for the guy but he probably just didnt want the drama associated with this whole thing and just tried to go with the crowd, not thinking that he would possibly test positive. I dunno, maybe that's on him.

No I've respected Rodgers long before I knew anything about his social or political stances. Like I said, I appreciated how respectfully he treated Jay Cutler.

This statement from you makes me wonder if you've ever known anybody who escaped from a socialist country. In these types of authoritarian countries, deceit is often necessary to survive. There is a thriving black market in places like North Korea and there was one in the Soviet Union. The people who implicitly trusted the government simply perished from starvation, en masse, by the millions. The people who lied and stole to survive were the ones who could find food, or the ones who had acquired forged paperwork to show to the authorities to prevent them from sending them or their family members to gulags.

When an authoritarian state demands "papers please", many dissenters will forge documents to avoid the state's retribution. This is what happens in any country whose government turns to authoritarianism, as ours has.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Rodgers isn't escaping North Korea.

Thanks for the inane sensationalist drivel though.

Alas, Aaron Rodgers does not.

Yeah but you're intentionally or unintentionally missing my point about the nature of authoritarianism and dissent.

Anyway, football yeah?
