As long as you're alive, I can't possibly be the dumbest. Thanks.

Leave it to a troll like you to have no idea what they’re taking about or any evidence.

ummm, you're not paying attention to air yards, just the pass plays taken from a box score.

Both to gabriel were over 40 yards. Even if you want to cry like a baby about a dime being dropped in stride they were still both over 30 yards.

Either way your stats are fucking wrong.

Cut him some slack. Using numbers and can be confusing at first.

Do you know what air yards is? We were talking air yards not catch and run.

Well aware, rewatch the game. Or actually watch it first, that would help.

First deep throw to gabriel he fell to the ground instantly after catching the pass. And it went for 47 yards.

Once again, rewatch the game. Second throw went for 54 yards, but the ball went from the 25 to the opposing 35. Once again, even if you want to nit pick and say it wasnt and impressive throw because it didnt travel a foot longer, you're more than welcome to.

Either way, both are way over 30, and you said he had one over 30 and it was versus the bucs. Your stats are shit, just like you are, so go pound sand again.

And btw, saying "air yards" is stupid as fuck consider the ball travelled nearly 60 yards in the air if you factor in the fact that mitch doesnt throw from the LOS.

The guy was throwing dimes, and looks like the truth.

A deceptive thing in which the Bucs game again skews everything. Trubisky only has 7 completions that were thrown 21-30 yards. 5 of those were against the drugged Bucs. He also has only 1 completion over 31 yards, which also came against the drugged Bucs, and zero completions thrown over 41 yards.

54 and 47 competed against the Dolphins both over 31 yards in the air.

80% of Trubisky pass completions have traveled in the range of from behind the line of scrimmage to no farther than 10 yards.

A lot of that is the offense. Alex Smith was no different. They throw a ton of screens and passes to the RB.

Here’s the top 10 yards per attempt.
1. Fitz
2. Goff
3. Mahomes
4. Rivers
5. Ryan
6. Brees
7. Watson
8. Jimmy G
9. Russ
10. Trubisky

Mitch Trubisky is 14th in intended air yards, which is how far the pass attempt went in the air competed or not, 8.5 intended air yards.

Aaron Rodgers is 13th with 8.6.

Yea we run a west coast/spread/option offense that is raping the nfl right now. Those short passes are there to set up the deep ones.....And most of those end up being as good as a run.

Watch the tape. Missed a lot of wide open receivers with those dimes as you call them. And air yards is a thing so stop being a bitch about it.

I know that and you know that but they didn't know that. I'd just point to the Bucs game that really skewed it overall if, like me, you think the Bucs were at their absolute worst and it was a fluke. Midway Mitch was being a bit deceptive so that's why I pointed it all out.

I watched the game, evidently you didn't if the only thing you want to talk about is the negatives. Mahomes missed wideouts last night too. Mitch won't be perfect, no QB is. He did however make a bunch of beautiful throws that no bears qb has been making in decades.

So instead of sitting here acting like an old cranky bitch nitpicking every little mistake, how about you fuck off and let the majority of us be happy with the fact we have a QB who doesn't suck for once.

Micth Trubisky is the 17th most aggressive QB in the NFL, that is targeted passes with a defender within 1 yard, and still has a completion percentage of 70% and a reasonably low interception rate.

Nobody was saying Mahomes was throwing nothing but dimes but his deep ball is far superior. Perspective, fella. And I ain't cranky, ya turd.

Mitch Trubisky

10th highest yards per attempt
14th highest intended air yards
18th highest yards per completion
17th most aggressive QB in the league

5th highest completion percentage

That is telling me he is more than simply conservatively throwing short and he is completing a high volume of his throws.

Far superior? I wouldn't call it that. He's been more consistent. The two deep throws mitch completed this week were fucking special. There isn't anything to be more "superior" about them, he just needs to do it more often, which he will.

Also, sounds cranky since you're in a thread about mitch's improvement and nitpicking everything with shitty untrue stats instead of being happy about pretty much the only positive to take away from yesterdays game.
