youre sounding like the fat IF fat guy expert now.. keep the weight off for a couple of years then ill listen.. or lets see before and after ripped pics.. if IF is the ghod way, you should be ripped in no time... but see... at the same time.. im not an anti IF guy, i just believe in what i believe in fer me.. i prefer eating and heavy exercise.. being an athlete most of me earlier life.. that way is second nature to me... n sum of us dinos be creatures of habit.. n one of those habits is how i got me whale on..

now its waist size only..... i lost waist size during the 40 pound drop.. me skin has caught up and aint loose.... when phase two starts ill drop another 30-40 pounds and lose mo inches.. n ill keep most of me muscles i do gotz.. n look mo and mo like a leaned out boxer.. getting jacked lifting may be a future goal though.. well jacked may not be the correct term.. but ill get me sum lil gains .. get me 17in arms up to 17.5-18.5.. thats either phase 3 or 4.. probably 4.. id do one more cutting phase afta 2 at least n be around 200-205 then bulk back up to 215-220

IF is not starving yourself at all. In fact, you’ll be far more satiated throughout the day than you would with all those tiny girly portions Aussie was mentioning before in this thread. IF is how it was meant to be and as it is with other animals. Man has now been pussified and stupefied. It’s time to get primeval with this shit, motha fuckas.
You realize that Spartans weren't nearly as jacked and cut as they are portrayed right? Most gladiators actually had a high bf% for extra "armor" in a sense. And primeval humans didn't live very long.

What it comes down to is people have been misled and fed lies, being told to eat more throughout the day. This is not what evolution had in mind for us. We were not meant to eat constantly throughout the day.
Eating better food, less frequently throughout the day will let your body normalize itself and there’s nothing you have to buy or even work at. Your body will do all the work given the chance.

Dude, what’s wrong with you? You’re taking in all the calories you normally would during the day if you were a derelict eating 4 or 5 times a day.
But you don't count calories so how would you know? If you ate 2,000 cals/day for your diet and you "fasted" until 5pm then ate all 2k or just spread it out from morning to night, it's the same thing.
When I "fast" I just don't eat so I have excess calories (to eat) the rest of the day that I can use on a later day that week or just never use them in general.
Since you don't count your calories you probably didn't even realize you were under the number you needed after fasting for the day, thus losing the weight.
For me it was different. I know what I eat and when. I would just afford myself more late night snacks after the summer allowing another 20 pounds or so.
You’re all over the place here. First, you started off in this thread saying you’ve been intermittent fasting by accident cause you stop eating at dinner and skip breakfast. Now you’re trying to make IF out to be something you have to starve yourself through. Crazy. It’s as if you’re just trying to takeover Adi’s ridiculous stance.
Well yeah, initially I just never ate at breakfast (still don't) but after hearing about IF, I actually do fast about once a week since being on a cut. I basically just don't eat most of one day, per week. Then I stay under my calorie limit every day as normal. I barely eat one day of the week so I can use those calories on a later date if necessary. Since our bodies don't run on a 24 hour clock like our lives do, it helps if I'm super hungry on a certain day.
I said "IF" in a sense because I usually don't eat throughout the day.
You don’t eat as often as fat fucks do so you aren’t fat. And you give your body time to regenerate without grazing all day like a cow. That’s the long and short of it. It’s the whole concept behind IF for both better health and weight control whether you do 16/8, 18/6, 20/4 or fast an entire day each week. No need to starve. You just learn to stop being so dependent on food and spending the whole day thinking about what you’re gonna eat next every couple hours.
So saying calories is just calories is stupid beyond belief. How are you stacking these calories? Are you boosting your metabolism or slowing it way down by eating so often. And you have to know every thing has a different type affect on it. It’s not going to treat healthy fats like bad fats or vice versa. It’s not going to treat sugar and protein the same. It’s not going to treat some fake shit made in a lab the same as anything else. And your brain interacts with it all telling you when you’re hungry, based both on your energy needs and feeding habits.
