mang, this getting old sucks. i was finally completely ova the flu and duh residuals about gone 100%, but sumin new popped up the past couple of days.

went to docs.. apparently i have chilblains.. thought i be had athletes foot or staph.. never heard of chilblains befo.. ne ways.. gotta cream the shit fer a couple of days n then i can start again.. still ahead of me official september 1 start time.. so i'll still get a week head start..

i see why old ppl move to warm areas now.. better invest in sum wool socks or some shit... cause spring to fall be too nice to move..

For example, you might get real cold in a certain area and then when you get home you head to the fireplace or for a hot shower to warm up. That rapid change in temps could bring it on. Don’t think it takes more than a week or 2 to get over it though.

its probably be the back and forth temps that keep coming n going in the lead up to spring. was 60 ish the other day and light snow the next. then 58. just a new older age thang.. so this is the decline..... 20-40 more yrs on dat path to diapers..

after dealing with the flu and letting these chilblains pass.. i be started again yesterday.. was 3 days passeded my eta of september 1.. i only did light walking yesterday.. maybe four miles.. by the end me walk, the chilblains seemed to have started acting up again.. wtf.. i is old.. IT IS WHAT IT IS..

i only ate once yesterday.. cause i was waterlogged n bloated from getting me hydration back up to snuff.. anyway i enjoyed that one meal. best curry stew i be had in ferever. it was orgasmic... i even enjoyed the hunger pains.... idk y.. self torture maybe...

i think i may experiment with 1 meal a day for the coming few weeks.. i already ate some oats today.. so itll only be two meals today.. i didnt have no one meal revelation until i was eating me oats... being i was really hungry from not really eating many cals yesterday.. them oats were great...... i will strink me stomach in the next couple to prepare for one bigly meal. i will try and hit 1800-2200+ cals in me one meal.. i probably only ate 4-500 cals in me stew yesterday.. not enough fer sure..

gonna do light boxing n light bands today.. to continue on me RD 2.5 two week reintroduction..

did me light 30 minute workout.. eating me second and lass meal of the day at fucking noon... got up at 2am.... probably will go to bed at 6pm 2day.. im full.. idk how i can add 1000k cals to that meal without just drinking a lot of oil or something.. i guess one gut buster a day will take some getting use to..

just ate me roo/bean chili, left over beef curry stew w/potatoes/carrots/onions, side brown rice, side of raw spinach, tin of sardines. puts me at roughly 7-800 cals for that meal. i guess i can chug a pea protein shake too.. i want me daily meals to be 80-100 g protein at least. may even double the pea drinks starting tomar, cause i dont want to eat tuna or sardines everyday..... 350 cals for me oats and im only at roughly 1150 cals for the day.. too low..

i vaguely knew a guy many years ago, who be ates only one meal a day, everyday..... he ate a whole rotisserie chicken from walmart everyday.. with a bundle of cilantro and a stack of corn tortillas.. he was eyetalian... he was around 55-60 yrs old and in guud shape.. still had muscle mass... hmm

well im down to about 170-175 right now. i was never overweight or fat, just wasn't really in shape. I started working out at probably 190-195. Lost some fat and my body looks more cut, that's what I was going for. Abs are coming in, pecs are coming in. Feels good.

Not at all surprised he managed to lose weight eating a whole rotisserie chicken with his 1 meal. Really is only slightly over 800 calories when you add up all the pieces. Barely any calories in a bunch of cilantro. Even corn tortillas only about 50 cals each. Also low in sugar being a complex carb. Seeing as the bulk of his meal came from that chicken which is all fat and protein and little or no carbs, I can see why he did good for himself.

that guy didnt lose weight eating once day... well maybe he lost some weight, but talking to him about it, he said he went to one meal a day in his 40s cause he was just too busy with life to eat healthy on a regular basis.. he said he did it to cut out fast food and get some health levels normal.. by the time i met dude he had be doing it 15-20 yrs. said he use to roast 4-5 chickens every 4-5 days and that walmart shit was in the last couple of years for convenience..

ill probably incorporate a whole chicken for a day at some point.. maybe a couple days a week for a guud protein load.. i guess it depends on the size.. but generic nutritional info puts a bird at 11-1200 cals, 60g fat and 165 g protein. 1200 isnt bad.. need an oil based sauce to dip shit in and id be able to hit 1600-1800 cals with just the chicken n dip pretty easy.. i would boil chicken though and reserve the broth as a side drank... so a dipping sauce would be guud... i use to do this with loads of bonein chix breasts back in the day and would smother it with bbq..

didnt wake up hungry today.. woke up early as **** though ... 130 am.. be 330ish nows.. workout be at 8am.. my meal today will be around 1230-2pm... so ill end up at 24-26 hours between meals....im gunna try n stay up til at least 7-8 pm today.. this waking up at 1-2 in the morning is a tad bit early. eventually, im trying to keep me one meal window around 2-6pm..

i dont know how long ill do this accidental omad.. but ill give it a good month at least.. back in the day when i was starving meself, dropping weight.. i did one meal a day but me cals were at sickening levels.. 1-400 per day.. n i would purge some meals.. some days id eat a single slice of cheese.. it was dat bad.. it led to nearly blacking out and falling down a flight of stairs...... so doing dis while trying to hit higher cals is new...

light boxing, light exercise bike, push ups n abs today... nuffin else.

You can do 1 meal a day without starving yourself. Fats will fill you up and keep you satiated for a long time. Complex carbs will also keep you more satiated than sugar heavy food and simple carbs.

I thought people in Australia eat a lot of fish. My gut instinct is it’s the most healthy meat. Think that’s why the Japanese do so well for themselves health wise. im just talking when i did do one meal a day being all anorexic and bulimic, trying to cut down to an unnatural weight fer me.. . this whole one meal and eat the **** up be different.

i guess it depends on where ppl live in aus on whether they eat more fish or not.. aus basically be the size of the lower 48... i know holidays usually bring in prawns, calamari n shit..

the white aussie go to family staple imo, if i had to stereotype.. would be baked dinners... lamb or roast chicken with plenty of roast veg, peas and gravy.. bangers (sausages) and mash be another classic...chicken schnitzels..... these fucks eat fish n chips like the brits.. i guess that counts.. on avg, id say they are shoveling down chicken in some form most days...

i eat fish and seafood, its on the menu this week. i ate it more when we lived closer to the coast. the fresh stuff locally is frozen at least once. there use to be a guy who drove up on the weekend with 100% fresh non frozen seafood, but hes gone MIA with life issues.....So, i just get frozen fillets of barramundi or basa. basa is a asian catfish and is pretty tasty, i normally just bake that with herbs, butter, lemon. i love sauteed barramundi w/skin.. reminds me of chilean sea bass.

i like salmon but the wife isnt a fan.. so i rarely buy it.. the other shit i eat is canned tuna/sardines.. cheap and convenient, especially when you dont want to cook again. i got a fetish for tinned smoked oysters too... if we are on the coast ill get fresh.. i will also make a white whie/garlic clam pasta out of canned clams.. will pick up the prawns aka shrimp from time to time.. i usually just make a pasta out of them too... so yeah, we eat da shit..

aldi actually sells raw frozen squid that ive picked up a couple of times... but meh.......

finally starting to get hungry.. 7am... good thang me workout is coming.. itll suppress that a bit.. i actually wish i had a whole chicken waiting on me..

glycogen levels were definitely depleted. talk about a shitty light workout. 35 minutes of no muscle energy. I had that internal motivation to push through, but my body felt dead. takes me back to when i was starving and shredding muscle, but i had shit to push me through those workouts... such as rip fuel, caffeine X10 etc.

butz after two days of not enough calories then exercising 20 hours into me fast... wtf did i really expect. i guess itll take my body awhile to adjust to this extreme flip.. if it doesnt adjust after 3-4 weeks, ill have to eat 1.5-2 meals a day at least.. something before me workout. or i gotta make sure i wake up later and get me workout in no too long after..

the workout did suppress me appetite though.. im no longer hungry.. im def gonna go buy some chickens after i eat this afternoon. i want a whole chicken tomorrow.

220 cals from a double pea shake.. guess ill have to drink me some olive oil in dat shit.. talk about nasty.. ****

so roughly 1420 cals with pea/oil drank. that aint gunna cut it on a daily basis.... i need to be at 1600 min....i guess i could eat a lil mo rice or seeds/nuts today.. will hit about 110 g protein though .... i guess me next chili go around ill make it a lil dirty n not so lean..

i be get mine from the local grocery sto.. k-roo brand.. its alright.. still has that gamey jerky flavor to it.. its about 10 dollars aud a kilo for mince and 25 per kilo fer fillet.. ova cuts of roo steak be about 19 a kilo.. i would recommend medium rare at the most for roo.. while its one of the leanest red meats it also be higher in l-carnitine than any other red meat.. so if u belieb in dat.. it may not be so healthy.. i actual rotate me chili.. between roo and chicken.. but i may just go to a fattier beef for extra cals..

i is be getting fucking hungry urblock.. its almost been 24 hrs..

gut fucking buster.. too much food n still not enough calories.. gonna have to redesign what i eat.. more oils seeds n deez nutz i guess.. theres no way i can eat more than what i couldnt finish today.. i actually feel like throwing up im so full..

i can feel the added energy immediately though.. not that i was tired before the meal.. just a jolt of life if ye get what me is sayings..

well a byproduct created by this one meal bs fucked me up.. initial surge of energy led to a drop in temp and feeling cold and i was knockouted with an hour of dat meal.. woke up two hours later still feeling dizzy and FULL. i dont know about this shit. not eating all day isnt hard, but if im going to feel like this afta a huge meal and this sluggish for a workout - f this.. maybe if i wasnt exercising this would be the way to go.. considering i cant even hit 1100 during me meal... let alone the 1800 minimum ive set for meself.

will eat my oats tomar before working out and then i will figure out the rest of the calories.
