Maddon is just masterful in who plays and where....he just makes really good decisions. Everyone gets their chance and all of them are hungry when they do. That's what good managers do....haven't seen that much in this city.
I think he will. He has made significant changes.Baez is going to be something special
They could keep Castro there if they want. .We dont have anyone at 2nd that will unseat Soler. Baez will play 2nd. He's at 3rd because we are short on OF right now with Soler and Schwarber hurt. He's our 2nd baseman next year.
If Baez goes yard, I'm going streaking.

If not you can find a decent fielding 2Bmen, heck they can go with Alcantara there if they want just for his defense. ..
Its all going to come down to where they feel Bryant future is at defensively. . 3B or OF

Im only saying they would move Soler if management prefers Bryant in OF over 3B. . Im definitely not saying i want him traded or think he should be..Granted we don't have a ton to go off of Baez at 3B but I like what I've seen from him there more than what I've seen out of him at 2B. Could just be confirmation bias as I've always thought he profiled better at 3B than 2B though. Sort of feel like his strong arm goes to waste at 2B though I do see the argument that moving Castro might be more likely than Soler.
Ok.. your missing the whole point. .Castro does not add more to the team than Soler, and you can't keep trying to win with poor defense in the middle infield.
