Hammel really stepped up his game today. 46.1 IP (6.61 per game) 3.11 era 40 40 hits now and 6 BB so his WHIP is just under 1 now. 41 SO now. This game he went up a league ace and held his own. Very nice.
On to Wood tomorrow. Well 3 out of 4 is fine with me. Since it the Mets it will end up 6-1 vs 12-1 for any other team.
