I get quest pizza from time to time. Don't think those are keto though.

Best frozen pizza of all time is Home Run Inn. Horrible for you though.

Betcha most of you are cranky and frail.
There's a big difference when eating high fat percentage w/protein as compared to all that carby empty calorie shit food so far as how satiating it is. Comfort food is for the weak and stupid. I never get very hungry. Very often I feel like I'm just forcing myself to eat because it's about that time and I have the time to do so. My meal portions are larger than they've ever been cause I want it to keep me satiated for longer periods of time. It's easy as **** and it's cool not to be so dependent on food and thinking about it throughout the day. I can go a very long time without eating before starting to feel even the least bit hungry.

I was thinking about this the other day as I was picking up some coffee in the cafeteria of my work. I was going on about 14 hours of not eating, still had 4 hours of not eating ahead of me and a 4 mile run. Meanwhile, all these tubby's around me we gathering up and shoving as much donuts/energy drinks/bfast sandwiches in their hands to check out. All of them overweight or obese by traditional BMI standards. I am not a health nut by any standard, if I want to eat a double cheeseburg, I will, but holy **** people. If you struggle to walk up a flight of stairs or have a huge gut, maybe you grab some fruit next time? Take the stairs? Anything to improve yourself. It's not that difficult.

I put on a ton, and was winded walking up stairs. Pathetic. Absolutely inexcusable.

I got back on the low carb lifestyle, and feel 1000 times better in less than three months. Hell, I felt better 6 weeks ago.

As others said, the hunger just isn't there. I just ate out while watching a ballgame I couldn't get at home, more because I felt I should order more than an iced tea than it was due to feeling like I wanted to eat.

Most people diet, and are hungry the whole time, and/or eat crap they don't really like. Lowfat salad dressing is the most vile thing on earth. Not only will they limit themselves to salad, they pour that bad tastes all over it. Keto and other low carb eating simply doesn't involve that. Cravings go away quickly. I don't feel at all like I am suffering or sacrificing.

Down 35, and would like to drop a lot more, but not feeling like it's a struggle. And all this while admittedly not being active enough.

Got back from a work trip that was 3 days... I broke a few times, but tried real hard to pass on the worst of the carbs/sugar (donuts, pastries, pizza)

For dinner one night I had a brisket sammich and a couple of beers.

For lunch yesterday they got Chinese food, so I had a couple chicken dishes with rice.... breading and sugar in those sauces.

Then dinner at the airport I had a Cubano sammich and a drink.

Still at 219 when I got home, but I'm certain ill pay for it over the next week.

The descent for landing last night was rough lol, we had a series of drops that alarms the **** outta you.

And the winds were playing havoc with the pilot as he was bringing us in, but he managed it quite well.

I am battling a nasty cold today.... trying to stick to the routine, but I have this temptation to go make Mac N Cheese or something.

Do you Keto folks change things up or cheat if/when you catch a cold?

I know Spartan, I know, it is impossible for you to get sick.

I have been known to break keto when I'm feeling under the weather, but this does more harm than good.

There's just something about gingerale tho, man..

Funny thing is I used to get sick more often in my younger days. Used to just be colds that would last a long time though, several weeks every time. Eventually resorted to high doses of vitamin C and that all stopped. Did have the Flu about a year ago when a bunch of people around me got it. Traced that to a dumb vaxxer who'd recently gotten a flu shot. OK though, I recovered in 2 days compared to the others average of 7-10 days. Other than that flu, the most sick I've gotten the past several decades is an occasional stuffy nose.

No better time to avoid the carbs and sugar than when you're sick. When people get sick their bodies get drained of their nutrients. Resort to food heavy in vitamin C and antioxidants like Broccoli, spinach and that other green leafy stuff.

The my community it is actually common courtesy to fast on the day that you are likely to get busy with another partner. I'm neither a "top" nor a "bottom" so you never know what is going to happen when the time comes. I like to fast whenever I go on dates and I expect that they do the same - it doesn't always happen that way (if you want to PM me, I can go in graphic detail over some experiences I've had..I still have certain flavors in my mouth that no person should ever have), but it's an expectation and kind of a common courtesy thing.
