I have a boxer, he loves the water and the heat doesn't seem to bother him much.

I'm guessing you're in northern FL maybe? Several years ago I almost killed a former room mates boxer by taking him for a run around the neighborhood during the summer like an idiot. A block from the house he collapsed on the ground and wouldn't get up, scared the shit outta me. Had to carry his ass the rest of the way home till he cooled down. South FL summers are no joke, I'll never make that mistake again lol. A yellow lab would be in agony down here with all that fur, would have to keep him inside with AC all day and that's no way for a lab to live IMO. My lab enjoyed the western NY winters and running around my parents huge yard too much for me to drag him down here. I'd just feel to guilty to own a dog down here personally. Gonna have to wait till I retire back up to NY.

The humidity can't be THAT bad for a dog? i know plenty of dog owners here that have labs and they exercise just fine in the muggy ass midwestern heat.

Hey Broc, how about an updated Sig with Trestical & friends?

LOL nah, Tresticles doesn't deserve the sig treatment, it's not his fault he was doomed to fail in Chicago saddled with Cutler the coach killer and an aging defense about to implode. Lovie on the other hand, he dug his own grave. However, a new sig is definitely in order... still trying to decide what the next one will be.

Go for the gold. Just hold out for the Cutler Era to end. That will be Sig worthy for life.

Did I really just spell tresticle trestical? I blame Desbro

Oh it is, trust me. The summers down here are like living in a fucking South American jungle. It's brutal for humans let alone dogs.

"I survived the Jay Cutler Era" and all the coaches he killed.

Wow, no shit. I've never had any trouble with mine. I don't push it when it comes to the dead of summer but 10 months of the year I don't really give it any thought, he just comes along.

I'm near Tampa(Clearwater).

Ah ok that makes sense then with you being up near Tampa, it's probably a tad less humid, but really it was mostly just carelessness on my part. I definitely should have known better but after your blood thins out down here you kinda get used to the summers so I didn't think much of taking him for a run at the time even though it was like the the middle of July. His boxer was a piece of work though. I could never own one, they're waaaay to stubborn.

I doubt anyone with an IQ higher than your typical dining room table wants to hang out with you.

That means no one in this thread has any interest.

What makes you think anyone would ever want to grab a beer with you? I can think of thousands of things I'd rather do. Like talk to a doorknob for 3 hours.

I dunno Grimson, you haven't been here too long. I remember when Despbro used to be a lot cooler but he's really taking internetting way too srs these days. The fact that he still wants to have beers with people he calls "toads" and "pathetic" and all that stuff about "working in cubes" and stuff tells me there's still hope. Afterall, many CCS personas are not exactly indicative of what people are really like IRL. Perhaps Despbro isn't such an insecure beta in person...

Do you guys think my puppy could beat up despbros beagles?

#ALPHA

Despbros beagle, most likely...his beagle is probably hipster wearing skinny jeans and black rimmed glasses. He probably has a side car attached to his cafe racer for him to sit in....well this last part might actually be fun. But my beagles, when your pup gets bigger he definitely will kick my beagles ass but he will leave the fight hurting. My older beagle is alpha as **** bro, one of my old roommates had a German Shepard and he would put her in her place all the time...he does the same with my bro-in-laws Pit Bull and my fiancees mut which we think is a mix between bluetick and Rotweiller. I always worry with him because he isn't afraid of any dog and he will try to dominate the wrong one and get his ass beat.
