Cutler will be significantly better than McCown the rest of their careers just like how he has been pretty much their entire careers up to this point.

Just stating facts. Some people can't handle facts, though.

It's pretty blatant and hilarious how some members here and moron PAID media members are simply rooting for McCown and against Cutler.

Just to recap. Josh McCown is a journeyman NFL QB who has been straight ass his whole career, including on a team with Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitz together. He was a high school substitute teacher until Caleb Hanie put our playoff hopes out of its misery a couple years ago and forced us to sign him. He had been horrible in his appearances as a Bear. Before this season, fans and media alike pined for a quality backup and didn't like how McCown was playing in preseason even suggesting Blanchard be promoted.

Then, the magic happened. McCown got hot statistically for 8 games playing against the worst defenses on the schedule and getting some fortunate bounces to say the least, clearly playing over his head. Now he is an untouchable franchise player who is going to set the world on fire in TB away from Trestman, Kromer, Marshall, Jeffery, Bennett, Forte, and a solid OL.

TB super bowl champs 2014!

^This! McCown is a backup at best. Hell, 32 teams let him sit on the couch before the Bears brought him in. At that time, anyone was a better option than Caleb Haney, yet some wanted to let Cutler go and build their hopes on a 35 year old journeyman who sucked butt everywhere else he had been. If anything, McCown needs to send Alshon Jeffrey and Marc Trestman some loot for extending a career that is going to be over half way through this season.

Are you saying he isn't?

Cutler is 10x (ok may be over exaggerating) better than McCown and gives them a much better chance of winning. McCown has has 1 good season in the NFL, and that was him starting 5 games. We have no idea how well he could do for an entire season. Im just saying their was a reason why no one wanted him a year ago when has was a high school coach. Just because he played well in 5 games doesnt mean hes the answer at all.

McCown isn't on the Bears any more genius. 8 fluke games against bottom feeder defenses doesn't make up for being significantly worse their entire careers, including the 4 games McCown started before 2013.

Just facts.

Sans 2013

Cutler went up against the best teams and defenses on the schedule and even came back weeks early from a torn groin. MCCown went up against the worst on the schedule. They still both went .500 with McCown playing over his head. Sory McCown stan. Have fun watching your boy suck dick in TB like he has everywhere else.

What about the unpaid media members...like BearsFan51?

And shouldn't the Bears have signed McCown just for the luck factor alone?
I wouldn't expect anything less from that jackass/

sign on luck factor alone? LOL

So the reason Cutler played so mediocre is because he went up against the best defenses?

are you playing stupid or are you actually a Special person?

I'm just glad you pointed out that McCown isn't a Bear in a thread titled McCown to Tampa.

The CCS is once again fulfilled

So its McCown's fault that he played so well and the team still lost? Is that like a reverse-Cutler thing?

Yes. That is the way things work here. When we lost to the Packers this year it was because Cutler didn't captilize on Rodger's turnovers so when we lost to lesser teams like the Rams,Vikings and Redskins it's because McCown didn't do something right. It's only fair

McCown had games where he was statistically good but played worse than his numbers (STL, MIN come to mind immediately). sorry. McCown is going to be mediocre at best in TB. Deal with it. your time to talk shit is running out once the season starts so you have like 6 months to suck MCCown's dick. enjoy.

I thought that was due to Cutler's turnover??

No?

Yup, Cutler was the only reason why we lost that game. Not because Conte and Bowman blew a coverage on fourth and long for the division championship

Where is your mind exactly?
