I drank so much in Key West, I don’t remember much of the scenery, but the drive from Miami to key west was awesome

All all seriousness, Montana was very beautiful. My uncle lives on a lake in a very small town. Was awesome to just wake up and fish, kayak and go to the mountains.

Anyone been to Yellowstone?

Been there a few times, we had a snowball fight there on fathers day one year.

When our camper was one of those pop up aluminum canvas tent top things, we noticed the garbage cans were bear proofed by welding and using latches to open. Middle of the night we all wake up to this horrendous noises, kid are asking what is that, Mom and Dad are saying "go back to sleep" right. In the morning everybody at that campsite was crowded around the metal "bear proof" garbage cans that were torn apart by giant claws. Bear proof LOL, just like the Detroit Lions.

I worked with a guy that came back from his trip to Yellowstone with his foot all bandaged up using crutches. He was walking the paths through the hot springs near Old Faithful and slipped off the wooden trail and burned his foot so bad he got an ambulance and two days in the hospital. People have died in that shit.

2. London to see the Ahmet Tribute Concert ( Led Zeppelin reunion), such a beautiful city, clean and very easy to get around. Seen all the tourist traps. Went to Jimmy Page’s house in Kensington ( @bearmick wil, say it’s London)
3. Colorado.....any where. Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes peak, royal gorge, Estes Park. Fargo’s.

Same here. It was very surreal because once you get to the bottom...it is just perfect silence. On my way back up, I took a few steps off the trail and stumbled upon this sign half buried in the dirt....

I always thought it was strange that it was in french. So I took it as a souvenir. I keep it in the kitchen.

Have you never driven down 55 from Chicago to St Louis?

Ohhh, the scenic route.

I disagree, a place that is zero fun in Colorado: Anywhere on the 76 between Denver and Nebraska. There is literally nothing. It is the least fun drive around, and I live in New Mexico.

May of 1979 me and my girl friend are heading west from Chicago to go camping. I80 through Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, we finally hit Colorado and girl friend says "where are the mountains?", really? The drive from Chicago to Denver is bleak.

Also horrible in a different way was Salt Lake City to Vegas in july with no AC.

I haven't been many places, so this is easy. Colorado. Watching the sun set behind the Rocky Mountains was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

That is a brutal route. The only one I can think that tops it is try taking 80 across the entire state of Nebraska. Even with the 75 mph speed limit...it feels like a six month trip.

Taking 80 to Canton was pretty boring as well. Had it not been for all the car accidents, there would've been zero to report. Ice was the only thing that made it fun.

I think we can just write off 80 as the most boring interstate in the country. I have been to all of the lower 48 states and Nebraska wins "Most Boring" hands down...so the combination of the two is how I imagine Hell.

1. My inlaws farm. They created a trail thru the 20 acre wooded portion around a ravine and creek and up around a meadow over the last decade and most of it is now paved in a shag carpet of moss.

2. Scotland. Front yards in Sterling are just amazing gardens thriving with such diverse flora

3. Taos new Mexico. Amazing sunsets.

4. London. Grit and even into the middle of the night u cant get shot just stabbed.

65 through Indiana is brutal as well.

That applies to just about any road in Indiana actually
