Castro couldnt but he learning at MLB level

Again while MLB team is this bad you let guys learn at MLB level :hitler:

Castro at least had the tools to be an above average defender when he was called up, and his bat basically forced him onto the big league level. Though I think many have argued that he was rushed a bit. Vitters bat isn't forcing the issue. Again, D3A do you really think Vitters will get better faster by being at the major league level? Unless you are absolutely certain of that fact than there is no real reason to call him up.

I think there are plenty more examples of a guy being given time to work on his game where the emphasis is on his development moreso than wins and loses of the club. Vitters is where he should be. Right now he is on a bit of a hot streak and if he keeps hitting he will force the issue. Until that time let the 22 year old kid develop in a place that is devoted solely to the development of young players games.

So do I. But real players don't act like their slider attributes so you can't just call them up and expect them to automatically be awesome or even halfway productive, especially if they have seasoning left to be done.

Please Carlos finish this game so it slightly increases the odds of not having to pay (all) of your contract next year.

No, I'm saying that the guys in charge don't run the team like you would, and that's probably not a bad idea.

Do you really think it is easier for a prospect to develop in the majors?

I think there comes to a point where a guy not going to develope anymore in the minors. Vitters i still think can. Jackson is type of guy im not sure. He was a collge kid and now been in minors for 3 + yrs. So with him i think its time to see what he can do with MLB pitching. He prolly would struggle but now is the time to let kids struggle in MLB then in 2-3 yrs where they are suppose to be competitive.

So if you think Vitters can develop in the minors and it is easier to develop there than the only reason you want him here now is to make things more interesting for you to watch this team.

Right now i want to see him cause he cant be anyworse then 3B Cubs have thrown out there this year. Vitters i understand your argument. Honestly i dont think Theo brass likes Vitters cause he not there type of player. I can see him being dealt in some type of package. they dont want him to come up and struggle to lose trade value. they rather him stay hot in AAA to make his trade value go up

No fifth AB for Rizzo unless Marmol melts down.
