Suggests Sharp being re-signed to multi-year extension at the expense of Brouwer who is being shopped.

Now we need a good puck moving d-man and a good center. We have the space to do it. Nice 3rd line guy and a $4M puck moving d-man.

3rd line guy is Bolland. He and Hossa have never been productive together. So you need a 2nd line Center. Unless todays draft pick is going to step in and play with Hossa right off the bat. Or you move Hossa to the 3rd line.

You'll never convince me of that, lol.

Larmer actually proved you wrong, since he was most productive with Bolland last season and barely played with him.

So if we can't get Richards or Laich, who else is on your radar for a centre?

What about Chris Clark? Little long in the tooth.......but still good.

Nevermind, Clarky is a winger that plays a little C.

I just don't see anyone who is possibly better at 2nd line than Bolland...other than the two I mentioned.

There is a few solid 3/4th centres on the market.

I'm one of those in the Bolly should be a 3/4 line Center, he just plays batter on those lines.

What's going to be going on with Morin and Smith? They likely to make the team out of camp?

Marcel Goc would be a great fit IMO.

ESPNChiHawks Jesse Rogers

And as I've intimated Stan says they like John Scott on the ice..his teammates like him on the ice..they will try to find more ice for him

both will have a shot. Figure 2nd line LW and 4th line will have all three open.

Unless they find something they feel is a better combination UFA.

A Richards/Hossa line with Frolik or Morin or...

Along with ToewsKaneSharp will give us the equivalent of two # 1 lines.

Well how many years would people go on a Richards contract? Doubt he's gonna go a short contract, and no way we do a 7 year like some people have talked about the Leafs offering. Would people agree on a 4 year at 20 million? He's giving a discount to play, and less years...and the hawks are making a bit of a commitment.

I dunno...just typing out loud here lol.
