6 wins genius

You still have zero clue on what the **** you're talking about.
I had them at 6 wins too, but it's funny how "they only won 3 games bro" is an insult. I couldn't be happier with the 3 wins. 1st overall pick and a chance to make a massive trade that nets numerous 1sts and sets us up for the next half a decade with a competitive team.

In interviews Claypool sounds like a kid without much life experience or knowledge, an inflated ego, and a lot of growing up to do. As a player I am confident he will be fine.

I honestly have no clue how you arrived at that from this interview.

“We’re a young team over in Chicago and we have a lot of money to spend,” Claypool said in an interview with Daily Hive. “I think we’re gonna be looking at a pretty different team, but in a good way.”

“This is definitely my biggest offseason yet,” Claypool said. “I think understanding that going into it helps. Having a couple offseasons under my belt has kind of allowed me to, kind of perfect the process as much as I can do things more efficiently and stuff like that.”

“It was a good transition, in terms of being comfortable with the people around me,” Claypool said of the trade. “It’s close to [my alma mater] Notre Dame. So I actually had some friends in Chicago in the city as well… I thought that I fit in well.”

“I’m trying to carry that into the building and be someone that guys can take advice from… I’ve noticed people are in tune and listen when I talk so I think there’s a level of respect there that I really appreciate,” he added.

My favorite teams
  1. New York Mets
  1. Houston Rockets
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Oklahoma Sooners
Sucks that it is being mentioned that Devin Hester is not getting in the HOF tonight. I thought he would make it for sure this year.

JSN is still my draft darling
Yes he is mine as well, he will be a star. Can't ever remember 2 former teammates that play the same position on the same team that were the stars consistently say another guy at the same position was better than they are. Think about that.

I doubt the talking heads know anything more than we do.

Bro he said it when they were still in college together
OK? Nothing else I said was false. He's not better. They know he's not better. And they are just being good teammates/friends.

What you said actually was you are as big a fan of him as anyone which would make me go ahead and assume you'd have known they said that while they were all still waiting to as you described it "get paid" and the entire premise of your argument completely fell apart from there.

Basically it just tells me you say things for the sake of saying them and I'd prolly rather listen to his college teammate who went and balled out after in the NFL saying he's the real deal when he had no dog in the race.

The video I responded to was Wilson saying it today, not in college. And when it was said originally, I'm sure Wilson/Olave were already projected as 1st round picks so the "get paid" part was already happening.

But objectively speaking, Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave were both top 11 picks in a very good and deep draft. JSN will not go top 11 in a substantially less talented draft this year, so that's all the evidence I need to know JSN is not a better prospect than those 2.

So it's not my opinion vs. Garrett Wilson's. It's Garrett Wilson's opinion vs. mine and 32 NFL teams' opinions. But believe whatever the hell you want.

No see, because this is the real world. So when you have 3-4 guys at the same school in the same position group you aren't gonna have one of them come out and say "this guy is the best" because NFL prospects are scrutinized in the public eye as heavily as any occupation you could find.

So for instance, him saying that could then have people say "well wilson said he's not even the best receiver on the team why would we want him if he's not even got the competitive fire to think he's better than the guys around him at doing the same thing.

So essentially what you want me to believe is A) your opinion of JSN is more valid then his top tier OSU WR teammate and B) that receiver who went on to absolutely set the league on fire this year was willing to bring questions up about his own personal draft position to lie about his teammate over a year ago. You see why I have to stop you and say hey buddy you're right your opinion is allowed but that it's stupid and shouldn't be prefaced by you being a big fan of this guy I somehow doubt you watched much of.

Now with that being said have a great day!

Like I said, it's not just my opinion. It's the opinion of the NFL, which will support my opinion by NOT picking JSN as high as they picked his teammates. Not picked higher = not better. Everything else you typed is utter nonsense. Could have saved 450 characters.

So in other words the basis for your argument was totally wrong, lacked any logic, and now you're ignoring all of that to say "WELL I GUESS WE WILL SEE AND THE NFL WILL SHOW YOU!"

I could have saved 450 characters if you hadn't dropped this Special person take earlier that was full of holes but here we are, and I won't fault you for it despite how valuable my time is

Yeah that isn't really true. If JSN doesnt go in the top 11, that will likely be in large part because he was injured most of the season. Obviously if he was fully healthy and had a year similar to 2021 then he would likely be the top WR in the draft. This is not to say he is better than those two but can't pretend having just 5 catches and 43 for the whole season isnt a major factor. He is being downgraded due to lack of production and injury which doesnt mean he isn't a better talent.

No we shouldnt have. Cutting Whitehair would have cost money not saved money so what would be the point? If you wanted to sign Daniels then just sign him but your cap hit on Whitehair would be the same regardless.

As for Daniels, He gave up 40 pressures and 3 sacks last year. Musty gave up 20 pressures and 2 sacks and people want him replaced. So objectively speaking he was much worse last year than Musty was this year so it was more than fair we moved on particularly when one of the main reasons is Poles felt Daniels is soft. He does not have the mean streak and attitude Poles wants.

So good for him that this year he gave up 20 pressures and 0 sacks but that is still the same amount of pressures as Musty and that doesn't account for the fact Pickett gets rid of the ball almost a half second faster than Fields and Trubisky almost 3/4s of a second faster. So yeah still serious doubts Daniel would work here. His pressures and sacks likely go up because Fields holds the ball longer than Pickett and Trubisky.

It is quite lazy analysis to just lift Daniels stats in a completely different scheme with completely different QBs and act like he would have excelled here.

P.S. To add to that his run blocking sucked and was worse than every single interior player that had significant minutes for the Bears ie Jenkins, Musty, Patrick, Whitehair and Schoefield.
Ok

The bowl game against Utah that Wilson and Olave didn't even play in as far as i can recall, JSN had like 350 yards. I mean 350 fucking yards. He was literally so good he was able to generate all three of their production at once. How anybody looks at what the other two have done so far in the NFL and thinks anything other than "we gotta have this guy" is insane to me
