Some core exercises that I like to do.

Squats on the bosu with a couple of dumbells
Plank and side plank
Burpees
Not sure what they are called but you lay on the floor, belly down. Hands together by your head, only hands thru elbows and points of toes touch floor, everything else is flat, but off the ground. Hold for as long as possible.
Bicycles and supermans on the floor
Get into the position of sitting in a game chair without the chair. Start with a medicine ball side to side touching the floor. As you advance, keep your feet off the floor too.

Always work on abbs.

Abs = sex.

you should just get this product. its alot easier then ab work

I've lost weight in the last week, just due to eating healthier/exercising a tad bit more...

would lose more if they made diet alcohol....and we ain't talkin' light beer.

Its halftime in the Bulls game, but i have to go hit the weights, guess imma miss the 2ndhalf, aint feelin the weights right now, but gotta stay consistent.

pretty weak day at the gym. I just wasnt felling it. oh well back at it saturday.

I've started a workout...lets just say..with some "issues" in my life that I've cut down on eating all together since the beginning of February...I have lost 10 pounds since then..however, I contributed most of that to simply not eating....The past two weeks though I've finally got my food craving back, but I've been putting in good workouts. I would like to lose about 5 more pounds and mostly just tone the muscles and such and try to lose the last of my gut. Mostly I just use at home equipment (never been a fan of gyms). Have an elliptical and some dumbbells..thats about it.

Started a weight-free workout tonight. Haven't done this many pushups since high school. Rest tomorrow, back at it Saturday. Not going to be able to move much tomorrow, but it'll be a feeling that I've missed since high school.
