This is the more interesting move for me. The Bears are a perfect spot for Hunter as he can split time at outside CB and be the primary 3rd WR so we can manage his overall snaps. If you buy into the idea he covers 2 positions with one player then is their a deal to be made with Cleveland to move up to 2 to get him?

Would probably have to be 10, 39 and a player if you wanted to avoid giving up 41 or next year's first.

Wut? That's simply not true. Definitely needs refinement, wouldn't say he's as polished as a guy like Henderson. But he's more then capable.

What about anything below would make you say that calling him a "not good blocker" is incorrect?

Far from a finished product in pass protection. Had lapses in judgment with occasional misdiagnosis of which rusher to block. Did sometimes struggle holding up against aggressive defenders.

Jeanty is a willing and competitive pass protector, but his technique needs refining. His hands and punches can be sloppy, leading to not securing his defender. At times, he approaches blocks with low hands, giving up his chest to second-level defenders attacking downhill with momentum. Jeanty does not showcase explosive lateral abilities—he can get caught between the tackles when pressing the LOS. Jeanty's jump cuts do not cover much ground to counter defensive run fits on inside runs.

That doesn't matter at this time.
If that's who Poles takes at 10 all I can do is wait and see if he's a good blocker. Then in a year or two I could look back and decide if it was a good pick.

If he trades up without a steal of a deal that makes it being a good pick much more difficult since he takes up 2 spots that could've been oline or dline.

I simply answered that. You basically implied you wouldn't take him if he wasn't a good blocker. Now... you've done a 180°. I really don't care about his blocking. I was just letting you know since you seemed unsure.

Can't disagree with your points but I was a little underwhelmed by swift and johnson last year. Would be nice to have a rb who could create yards and take some pressure off the young QB.

Well, we can add a RB not named Jeanty. It's hyped as one of the deepest RB classes ever. That also factors into why I think trading up is bad when there's going to be a lot of value at RB later in the draft.

This is a very dramatic take. The only one of those moves that really “set the bears back” was Claypool. Davis was a dud but hardly set them back…Bates cost a 5th and is currently their backup C who could also play OG, assuming he’s healthy.

That's just from the top of my head. There has been plenty of others.
