discuss the FG decision. did rodgers not air mall the third down throw? i would have kept the ball in rodgers hand but it’s not like he wasn’t given a chance to win the game.

the reason he lost the game was Kevin King getting burnt, but the game still shouldn’t have been close enough for it to come close to any one play. that’s on rodgers.

It doesn't matter what happened on the previous play. No non-idiot coach would make that call.

Here are the two scenarios.

1 kick fg.
Have to get the ball back and scored td regardless of out come.

2. go for it.
If you make it you just have to get the game to ot and try to win it there
If you miss you have them backed up and have to get ball back and score td regardless. Same as the first scenario.

It's mind boggling that any coach would not choose scenario 2.

I am not a packer fan, but any packer fan and rodgers should fuming over that call. Lefluer did his best nagy impersonation there. TBH i think even nagy would have gone for it.

All I'm saying is that if your offense is consistently top 5 while the defense is shit, I'd probably also spend more on the defense. GM didn't need to draft Love in the first round tho. If you're gonna draft offense in the first round, get Rodgers a weapon and not a backup QB

The love pick is a huge mistake. Almost any pick helps rodgers more than love. Love and rodgers can't be on the field at the same time. A cb would help. Heck even a kicker would help. Not a qb. They even traded up to get him. Erin has every right to be mad at gb. They wasted a great talent by only winning 1 sb.

In 2009, the league had 5 QB's with passer ratings over 100. This past season had 10. And that's not even including QB's that get a lot of value on the ground like Murray and Lamar

If their plan was to keep Jones around, why draft Dillion in round 2? That’s another pick that was wasted to try and help Rodgers out. They could have easily found a backup RB in the later rounds

I'm not sure how you were able to divine this interpretation of what I posted within my post that you are quoting but I'm saying it is literally nobody's "bees-wax' whomst Rodgers sleeps with unless of course he is molesting them in some sort of illegal way, then it is up for the courts to decide.
