gotta love that alien cow whatever staring down rey afta da fact.. i still dont get the point of dis scene.. rape... animal cruelty... breast feeding in public... etc etc etc.. most of the island parts were a waste of time and could have been omitted from the movie.. hell the entire movie could have been cut from the movie..
yes.. btu what was the point of the scene.. its just filler.. unless they trying to make a statement about ppl staring a ppl breastfeeding or sum shit.. idk.. its just another reason why this movie was garbage..
It's just a reference to the blue milk you see on Tatooine in episodes 2&4. It's definitely nasty, there's other nasty stuff in star wars. IDK, I just don't think it's really that big of a deal.
Well I don't disagree with thatthis scene isnt even the worst of tlj..
I guess it's more just showing where it came from. I think you see Luke(or Beru?) with the milk in 4, so it's not surprising Luke goes for the blue milk. Also plays a bit into the silly, aloof Yoda-like character Luke has become. Yea, it's not the best scene, but I don't have a huge issue with it.but ive seen the milk before. if it was there just to reference.. it could have been a cup on a table etc..
that whole scene was wasted time that could have been used to have luke actually train rey how to use a saber or sum shit.. oh but i forgot shes a woman.. doesnt need training in da force to be so boss...
He was injured by Chewbacca at the end of 7.think about it.. ben had training from a young age... with luke then snoke... yet mary sue comes along in tfa without any force training and can beat his ass...

Well, she does get a bit of training, although Luke doesn't seem to be terribly committed. Neither was Yoda at the beginning in 5.
Do think there could have been more training. Maybe we'll see some in 9 with Luke's force ghost?
Rey is obviously ridiculously powerful with the force, maybe too much of a natural, I suppose that could be argued. She's also more disciplined than any Star Wars character I've seen, outside of Jedi Masters. Her sword fighting ability is ok, I think she has some experience because of her use with the staff, although her fighting background beyond the movies themselves isn't really discussed.

When we saw them fighting the guards, I thought Kylo looked more refined, better than Rey IMO. But I guess it's hard to say. Like I said, Rey does seem to be very strong in the force.
You gotta watch Dark,man. Speaking of that, I need a 2nd watch-through.
Alright, I watched 2 episodes yesterday...
Story is very intriguing and the acting is pretty good.
But the subtitles!! I don't know if it's my internet connection, but it's like 2 second delay.
You skipped my show? WTF man?!
