A healthy David Wright is better than him both offensively & defensively.

Bull shit..David Wright is so inconsistent. A-Ram has hit over .288 25 HR 90 RBI 10 of last 11 years. Yes A-Ram D is not the best but people dont remember he was 30 Error 3B and cut that in halve when he come to Cubs. You people are not smart baseball people to think A-ram is a bad 3B. Learn Baseball. Trying to make up his 25 HR 90 RBI is going to almost impossible

A-ram OFFENSE makes up for his below AVG DEF. Again your such a bad baseball person to say he not even top 3 or 4 in NLC. Again find me guys who better. NYM would LOVE to get rid of Wright. He is HURT all the time, so inconsistent

We're not smart? You can't even type coherent, complete sentences. :lmao:

No need to insult someone else's "baseball knowledge" because they don't :cum: to Ramirez like you do. His offensive production is replaceable and his D is horrendous.

Theo thinks he's replaceable and so does Brenly. Those are two respectable opinions in baseball. I guess they need to "learn baseball" too then, huh?

It's pointless to even talk about Ramirez.

Go look at the stats you lazy person. Wright has had more Errors in EVERY YEAR!!!! A-Ram has been a better hitter...Wright last 3 years. BA .307 to .283 to .253. HR 10-29-14..Guys is a inconsistent player that plays in NY.

A-ram has been the best Cubs player since he came to Chicago in 2003. You guys need to realize that. Look at the stats. Stop crying cause he didnt run every damn ball out. Pujols doesnt even run out every damn ball. A-Ram played hurt quite few times.

Ramirez has been brought up multiple times in the past month and every single time, people fail to see the whole argument. No use in bringing it up again. It's in the past. He's got a good bat and a horrible glove. You have to be an all-around 3B in order to be considered the best. He's not top 5 in the NL and not the best in the NL Central either.

End. Of. Story.

according to you

his defense is a liability(maybe even worse) but on the other hand it isnt absent..

his offensive production is important and shouldnt be ignored

and yes i would like to know what 5 you would have ahead....not that i totally disagree but i would like to see elaboration..saying stuff like "end of story" when not really giving any specifics does not end any story

Stalberg is probably better too.

when Chipper Jones is 2nd to A-Ram in Silver Slugger it tells you how much farther he is better in NL then rest of guys. A-ram is THE BEST 3B in NL! Now in AL, Longo, Beltre are better. Can you think of anyone else there?

thats certainly debatable with a-ram's D and i think a ram "excelling" compared to other 3rd bases has a little to do with his hitting position...but mainly just the poor competition at 3rd base

Find me better 3B? yes the position is down but cant take that away from A-ram. Honestly only guys i can think of better in MLB is Longo, Beltre at 3B

I love how you guys want this guy out of here so bad. I cant wait to see you guys all bitching next year cause 3B hitting .250 10 HR 50 RBI but hey there DEF might improve. Cubs already dont have a legit middle of order. What is it going to look like when you lose a guy who hit .290 25+ HR 90+ RBI every year.

Ramirez will be a tough bat to replace. And I would hate to see him go as he is my favorite baseball player. Hopefully somehow we will re-sign him. If not I don't see a real legit way to make up for his offensive production, especially since we already struggled in that as a team.

Yay, we are going to let the best hitting 3rd baseman in the NL walk....yay!

And Ramirez IS the best 3B in the NL....and nobody has proven it yet.

Daddies already proved you wrong on Wright...Ramirez has > offensive numbers+ less errors

Aram is the best in the NL at his position

What's the point in responding?

If you're not :cum: to Ramirez, you don't have "baseball knowledge".
