Yeah I noticed that too. He looked relieved when he got picked. Maybe he thought the giants were a threat to take Rome
From what I’ve read, this is the case. They gambled on the Giants being the big bad to take him. They got Rome, and Nabers is probably in the worst position of any WR drafted in this draft. Fight me. Not that any of that shit matters since we got da Odunze! Man, even his name feels right. It sounds like some fancy bubbly you pour out when you win — pour out that Odunze from Rome!

Interesting that Poles seemed to want no part of Nabers
This team has shown it values character very very highly. That's not to say Nabers is bad character, but I always thought the gun charge was going to hurt his chances of being a Bear. I'm extremely high on Nabers, but it is what it is. Unfortunately for him, he's going to crap situation, but he'll get his opportunities cause there's no one there to take those opportunities.

I wonder what Cunningham meant when he said to Poles that they got 1 and 2. Was Rome 2 on their board? That would be pretty interesting.
You should all watch this. It's great.

How do we get the stuff to display now with x? I used to just copy and paste the url line but x/twitter changed that and now that doesn't work.

Danny Parkins hitting the national spotlight. Bernstork must be so pissed off.

I agree that there is a lot of hype building for this team that most likely will lead to disappointment in terms of W-L or playoff berth this season.

Eberflus might be a good players coach outside of Sunday, but his in-game coaching is where he needs to get better (he sucks).

Easy part of schedule is front loaded. Bears play all their division games the 2nd half of season. If the Bears are hovering at .500 after week 9, #panic.

They need to stack wins early for team morale and build Caleb's confidence mojo.
