Well with the Lakers he'd have to endure a year of Kobe. With the Knicks running the triangle with 'Melo, I'm not so sure that is a good spot.

kobe would still get his shots don't worry about that. I mean steph curry has total control and yet klay Thompson still gets his...so its not like dragic doesn't know how to share the ball at all. im sure the same would be said playing with melo. you do make a good point about the triangle being a must in NY...not sure how dragic would feel about that so maybe the lakers are the better fit

you would certainly not hesitate to point out you were right had you been, so you shouldn't expect any less from me. my point to you was $$ was the number one thing for him(as it is for most athletes) and the report is he is going to leave for a max contract and a less crowded backcourt.
if the suns were to find a way to trade away Thomas and then offer dragic a max deal, then yes the suns could end up keeping him because they can offer him more $$$...but again it comes down to $$ in his situation

Nah, I wouldn't feel that need. I don't care enough about him or the Suns for that matter. However, it looks like they could trade Dragic and Thomas right now, who knows. We'll see.

In theory any offense that will let him take 20 shots and have him be the ball dominant guy is what he wants. Steph can basically take whatever shots he likes and dribble wherever he likes. Lakers seem to fit that mold better than the Knicks for sure.

yet, you care enough to make continued posts on such topics as the suns and dragic :smug2:
and right now it looks as though dragic is more likely to be traded since according to ESPN he has already told the suns he will not be re signing with them this summer

He's your wing defender you need right now, but I don't know what you trade for him.

Kirk Hinrich and every single one of our draft picks for the next 7 years. (I know this is illegal).

Bulls really should try to give up Taj, if that's what it would take, in my opinion. Hell, I'd even consider giving up Noah instead.

Eventually, the Bulls are going to part with one of their bigs in order to accommodate Nikola Mirotic (who is a potential star in the making). After seeing how Bledsoe and Dragic played alongside each other so well, I'm convinced that he and Rose could do the same. Dragic would fill the role of back-up point and play SG at times next to Rose. Butler would then split time at the 3 and the 2. Dunleavy and Snell could still get their minutes.

The Bulls' pay-roll would take a hit, but you'd have an offensive juggernaut of a basketball team. The defense would likely take a hit, but you can find another big man to fill the back-up C/PF role rather easily compared to finding another player like Dragic.

Except if Dragic wants to be like Steph Curry, I can't see him being happy in that role.

"Hey Dragic, we know you want to be the primary ball handler, but we have Derrick Rose who we want to have his hands on the ball. So if you could kindly leave that situation you are in and enter into the same situation, that'd be great. In the meantime, we'll **** our cap flexibility by doing that. Not to worry, we'll be sure to compete in 2018."

What could go wrong?

Have him be the starter and he'll get his 35 minutes/game. Start Rose, Dragic, and Butler.

If he doesn't commit to a sign-and-trade then, obviously, don't do it.

That don't mean jack squat if he wants to be the ball dominant guard.

He's just angry because his body rejects Zoran's stem cells.

ive been harping on Gerald green being the perfect fit with the bulls for a good while now. give up something like 2 2nd round draft picks to get him is the word on the street for his market value
