We got Abreu when everyone thought he would go to the rangers and wouldn't be outbid

So you're telling me he's worth $15 MILLION per year? If so you're an idiot. The rest of the MLB would concur.
OK, How is 4/56 $15 million? You started at 16, down to 15, 14 is the right answer. So you're telling me he's worth $15 MILLION per year? If so you're an idiot. The rest of the MLB would concur.
The two best pitchers last season quite easily were in the NL (Kershaw and Fernandez)Ok I'm assuming some things when I communicate with other fans on a White Sox message forum that I probably should not. People should know there is a dramatic difference between the overall quality and caliber of pitching in the NL and AL.
It doesn't take a whole lot of brains or knowledge to look at Dunn's weaknesses based on his hitting statistics and see that the AL, where the vast majority of power pitchers reside, would not be a good fit for him. You cannot get by with a garbage fastball in the AL because of the DH position. Pitchers in the AL have better stuff, and the stats prove it.
Now, if Dunn is striking out over 200 times a year in the NL, with a BA somewhere around .230ish, what would be the most logical conclusion about Dunn's ability to help your AL ballclub for a $56 MILLION dollar contract?
If you're a Dunn fan, I can understand why you wouldn't admit he is lousy, but atleast be honest with yourself.
As far as what you want to believe about me expressing these same opinions when the Sox signed him, the evidence has been archived and stored forever on some server. Remember this is the internet. I tried to dig it up for you, but the farthest I could go back is 2011. Fans are called homers because they lack integrity and objectivity. Looks like the shoe fits...

Go ahead and prove it.
1) Let's stick with facts. He was a .250 hitter in the NL, .902 OPS
2) His last two NL Seasons he was a .264 hitter with a .910 OPS
3) He was actually getting better, not worse based on his final two NL seasons
4) So what did we expect? Better numbers still? At leaset his average numbers since he would be hitting in a much better lineup in the AL than the NL (In general since AL lineups have the DH and no pitcher)
You just got here, July 2013. Ask anyone that has been on this board for the past three years. I am no fan of Dunn.
1) I appreciate your attempt to find it. But don't be shocked when asked to prove something you want credit for.
2) As it relates to you and I about Dunn in this thread I am the only one that has been objective and have kept integrity. I brought in the correct numbers.
Yeah, Dunn makes $15 MILLION in 2014.
Since you just want to argue for argument sake, I won't bother responding to the rest of your nonsense.
And you are right $15 in 2014.
