No Bri. There is also an Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning Georgia. It trains officers that went to another college or those that were enlisted an applied to be an office. There are Non Commisioned Officer (sergeants) schools all over the world. I went to NCO school or PLDC (Primary Leadership Development Course) in Korea.
