I must say the booing of the Commish was pretty hilarious. Loudest booing I've ever heard there I think.
Too bad the picture I had of him chuckling about it was too dark. Since he tends to be booed everywhere, I am sure he finds just as comical.

Bickell and Skille need promotions. They are the guys earning it. Q please stop putting a forward on point for the PP, it doesnt seem to work for us. The only guy you coulda got away with doing that was Buff since he played both spots but that ship has sailed. Turco....Turco less soft please, I want to keep the faith but damn man you are making it hard already. 3rd goal you need to stop, the wing (I forget who) had no other options except shoot.

Its only two games and a long season but god damn am I tired of the wings raining on our parades.
Yea really. That second goal was garbage and the third was worse. As I said I know it's only two games but goals line that third one are back breakers.
I just want to make it clear; this is not me.

Yeah it was Scott - sorry. Skille looked very good but never seems to finish ya know? Always has nice looks at the net but just doesn't score. That was beef with him the past couple seasons. He skates fast and looks good but it seems a million moves to nowhere to me. Hopefully he has a breakthrough season with more ice time this year.
6 minutes is not mote ice time.

I baffled at Bolland on the point, and frustrated that he left him there for the game...Seabrook and Keith can do just find on D on the PP.

Totally agree that with Sharp and Campbell missing the team played well enough to win. Those two could have been a major difference in a better result. Hopefully Sharp is ok, but as my wife pointed out once one gets married they start to break apart, LOL.

Don't know how anyone can ***** about Bickell not being able to finish as he does lead the team in goals right now. Bickell is fine in the finishing department, IMO.
Osgood made a great Dave on kanes tape to tape pass. Bickell has been a great surprise so far. I like biscuit would have Bickell with kane and jt last night and hossa kopecky with boland.

I'm sure Stu is right. Nobody got booed. Except Bettman. And less obviously, McDonough.
I was there.

Campbell and Seabs were both booed.

Plus, the team was booed at the end of the game.

I still don't understand why this is such a shock to everyone. I warned all of ya that he was terrible and would let un Huet-like softies and EVERYONE here said I was wrong.

Well....

I TOLD YOU SO!

Now can we please get Corey Crawford in there so we can start getting him ready for the long season and the playoffs.

Thats why I laughed so hard when Rocky said "you are the best fans in the world". It was a hilarious statement.

You can only imagine how many times the moderators have said that same exact first sentence.

I know, I was threatened with a ban last week when I had the nerve to suggest that Turco lets in soft goals.

You're a moron. You realize the only point the Hawks have gotten this season is because of Turco, yes?

Fluke is more like it. Odd occurrences leading to a couple of goals.

One thing about Detroit - is they continue to own the Hawks. Still waiting for a breakthrough.

I guess I'll just put myself in the minority category I enjoyed the game (not the outcome but you can't win 82 games). I thought the boys played pretty well against a good Detroilet team again. We had several opportunities to win this game and simply didn't put the puck past Osgood. Instead of talking about how this guy or that guy sucked and didn't finish I'll just say that Osgood stole this game for Detroilet and remain optimistic.
