Get used to it. Those are the type of goals he gave up last year and no reason to believe he won't give them up this year.

Just like I've been saying here since they signed him.
Bla bla bla if you don't score goals, you don't win.

What game were you watching. It was John Scott that had the blow out, not Brouwer and Skille was possibly the best forward on the ice.

And the 3rd goal putred on Turcos part, but the chance NEVER should have been allowed.
but but but but but the blame should be blamed on everyone i dont like!

Well at least if your going to post where most are die hard fans at LEAST get the play right. I loved how AFTER the blue line Tripped SCOTT (not brouwer fluffle) he then threw his stick at it. Good job!

Did my ears deceive me or was Scott on the PK? I knew the Hawks were in trouble if he is getting more than spot duty and limited bottom-pairing minutes. Skille did look good and was the bright spot along with Bickell. Skille needs to get some more minutes, but knowing Q we'll probably see Scott on the top lines before Skille. Toews and Kane need to step it up if this team is going to succeed. I don't know but while Keith is solid, he sometimes makes some bonehead decisions instead of the the safe play. Yes, you won the Norris, but that doesn't mean you are fail-free.

Keith did not have a good game. He was putred on the Point just as Bolland was.

I won't ever ***** about Sharp on the point ever again. Q finally figured it out and the last half of the last penalty Hossa was on the point. Even Seabrook held the point better than Keith and Bolland tonight. How much do we miss Campbell?

And Scott should dress against St. Louis, Vancouver, Columbus, the bigger physical teams.

Again the worst Blackhawks tonight, Queneville.

So, all the assheads booing Campbell tonight probably wanted him back after the lackluster PP tonight.

Sharp hurt. Campbell hurt. Hendry scratched. Quite honestly, I thought both teams could have forechecked better. Detroit's backchecking had Kane/Toews in fits. Modano looked like a stack of used diapers on the ice, and Scott needs to be shipped back to Minnesota. Never knew one could trip over the blue line and create a scoring chance for the Wings. Filppula was sharp. Maybe the best player on the ice tonight. The most noticeable player for the Hawks was Skille.

Anyone notice Kronwall? I didn't either.

Regardless, Hawks are gonna be slow starters and will have to play catch up quickly to the Wings. The Buffalo game is going to be another test. If Miller is on, it could be a long night.

I must say the booing of the Commish was pretty hilarious. Loudest booing I've ever heard there I think.

Once in the 3rd period right in front of us on the glass. He was cross checking someone right in front of Dvorsky.

I had no problem with the officiating tonight OTHER than the 5 on 3. Really?

5 on 3 was a bit ticky tack, but the Hawks just could not capitalize on their opportunities. I want Campbell back now. The chemistry between him and Hammer is irreplaceable. Bolland looked a bit rusty too. The first PP line just couldn't get the short, quick passing to click. Again, Sharp off the ice hurt.

Im surprised that many people in the UC knew who Bettman was.

I'm not sure it's Bolland being rusty verses he's never played the point on the PP. Not to mention played with Kane on the 2nd line. He looked out of place. Completely.

Well if any of them think Scott and Brouwer look anything alike, I have to agree.

True.

I'm not worried.

Teams lose games. It just sucks when it's Detroit.

I had to go back and look at that post.

I believe everything has been said that's needed to be said.

Just be glad he didn't say it was a 6'7" Versteeg.

Funny after the whole Banner ceremony tonight, I honestly don't care much about the out come. Should I?

Especially knowing Sharp was scratched. I really believe had he been out there the Hawks would have won the game.

Congrats you guys for an amazing banner raising!!! Even the couple Leaf fans and Canuck fans I was with tonight watching were stunned by the beauty of it all. I was so nerdy I even took pics of the television screen during it all.

Shame on the league for not making banner raising games the highlite games of the night nationally here in Canada and elsewhere. CBC wake the **** up not everyone n Canada needs to watch a Leafs/Sens game. You could at least cut to the coverage of the banner raising. After all this is the NHL and the cup winning teams should be respected..it's for the best of the league. Just an opinion. I always thought the banner raising ceremonies should be covered on all major stations that dedicate themselves to hockey and sports.

Game was a secondary thought for me I don't even want to comment on it.

Congrats again everyone!!! Amazing night even with the unpleasant score result.

First and foremost, I will say that I thank you guys for the suggestion on Hawkeye's.

The ceremony was well heard and very well done. By far, the best one I've ever seen.... ever.

Screw the fact McPimp was milking the cow for what its worth. The tune was absolutely spectacular a choice as ever (what is it called anyway?), getting the ambassadors out there to help and the rest of the Cup Winners out there was amazing in itself. Well done by the Hawks on that. This city deserved a celebration and a time like that. Congratulations, everyone...

Now to the only complaint of the night, John Scott.... but I see you guys have already gotten to that, so I'll leave it at that and not beat a dead horse.
