Perhaps you need to explain your opinion with something as the facts show something else as posted previously.

Just because more guys get on base for player A instead of player B doesn't make him better, or more clutch.

Here's the way I look at it.

Scenario A.) Top of the first two outs: Adam Dunn walks, first pitch Konerko sees is out of the Park, Sox lead it 2-0
Scenario B.) Top of the first with two outs: Adam Dunn strikesout. Bottom of the second Konerko comes to plat, first pitch he sees is out of the Park. Sox lead it 1-0.

Konerko still gets the same hit. But because Dunn walked in scenario A, it was in the first inning instead of the second inning.

Huh? How does this deal with Runs driven in?

I would take 9 Dunns in a line up, over 9 Rios.

I would also take 9 dunns all day long over rios. there isnt a debate here.

The debate isn't if Rios 2012 is better than Dunn 2012. Clearly Rios is better. The debate is whether you two are related to Dunn.

aj has been my favorite player sincewe obtained him. I have always wanted to keep him, but I always figured the sox would dump him because of flowers. I came around years ago.

1) Beckham is fine because his glove is good and his bat isn't terrible. Just got a robbed of a homer and nobody cares that he actually hit it that far.
2) I find it funny that "sample size" was Dews' argument why 2 hole stats mean nothing for Beckham, but he's played 44 games there this year and only 50 in the nine hole.
3) Flowers and Phegley are both meh, but I think one of them will be the White Sox catcher for awhile. Flowers has good defense and is good with the pitchers. His bat will come around if he hits everyday.
4) I love assholes. AJ is an asshole. Basically self explanatory.

Someone argued that Beckham's numbers were better in the two hole this year and you said that it was a case of sample size, but it could go both ways.

sure but as a whole the last couple of years he has been this player that we are seeing now. is it because of his slot? dunno. but all I know is Id like to leave him be since youk has been sick in the 2 hole.
