Carter has been underwhelming considering the Eagles D Line was elite before he was drafted

Here's what Carter does. Show me one fuqin play in his entire where Dexter has completely demolished a guy or in this case a couple of guys.
Why is the comparison to Dexter a guy that could have gone #1 overall in the draft? A guy that was considered generational, one of the best defensive prospects in a decade that only fell in the draft because of character concerns. Just why?

Are you honestly trying to tell me the one play Gordon made yesterday puts him in the elite status?

BTW when is Gordon going play a full 17 games because he is in year 3 and missed time this year as well.

Are players only injury prone if they are players the board doesn't like?

When is Dexter going to do his job because the defense is shit.

News flash this is one of the worst defenses in the NFL over the past 4 games.

I guess when the Lions put up 40 on the defense this week reality will start to sink in on how overrated this defense is.

Ya'll are box score scouting

Here's more Baldinger film on Carter.

Tell me @gallagher who would you rather have?

There is a handy dandy multi-quote feature so that you do not have to quote me in three separate messages.

To the first quote, you are quoting a joke. It seemed plain to me that what I said was a joke, and it really looks like you missed what my joke was.

To the second quote, that does not answer what I said in the slightest.

To the third quote, can you please send a link that is not tiktok? I do not tiktok.

And he plays a position the lions were already weak at.

Instead they drafted a backup RB and a 2 down linebacker. Two positions you can regularly find in FA that are cheap.

Imagine Carter next to hutchinson, they woulda dominated. Good for the NFCN I guess

over the last couple of years, the bears signed aline backer and RB, and they were anything but cheap, in fact 2 line backers

I will keep my thoughts to myself on social media sites, but okay. So I have seen Dexter make a tackle on second effort when the back gets across the line, and I have seen Dexter rush a QB without getting the sack, just like in those clips you showed me, so there isn't really much of a strong difference.

In the previous set of posts of yours that I quoted, you said

Why does this not apply right back at you when you only show me two clips? And you say that I am box score scouting, come on man. Are you telling me two clips and Baldinger breathing into a mic are somehow persuasive in the least? Persuasive arguments used to by my job, and I am open to being persuaded - no skin off my back, I am just here rooting for my team. But bad persuasive arguments give you the appearance that you are hiding something.

Dexters getting doubled a lot since Billings went down, and he’s still disrupting the passing game. How many passes has he batted? Also, why is Sweat being locked up on the right side again? He was at his best last year mixing it up across the line, Dexter was playing end quite a bit too, throwing off the linemen… I have no clue why Flus went away from that.

You're not answering my question:

Have you seen Dexter look anywhere near this disruptive or dominant?

New question:

Have you seen Dexter look unblockable like Carter does in these clips?

The board wanted to make this a Dexter vs Carter debate, well here's the film. Now show me the same quality of play on film from Dexter.

I did answer that question (Edit - and then I asked a clarifying follow-up question). Second sentence. You showed me two plays as if they are representative as a whole to compare to a season of Bears games. I do not have an instagram, so I cannot scout baldy for a single play. If you want a highlight reel, I am more than happy to just go find one and say "look, here are sacks and tackles."

You didnt say anything. You shared two plays and acted like you made a point. That isn't a persuasive argument.

Daniel is constantly looking for significance while using inductive reasoning. Objectivity has never been his thing. He was constantly crediting Billings with anything good that came from Dexter and his #'s haven't changed without Billings. His pressures and tackles over the last 3 games are as high as any other 3 game stint this year and he's had 2 of his top 5 games in those. His PFF grade is 75.5.

This, after the Minn. game where he had a pretty great day.
87.9 PFF, 84.3 RDEF, 5 Tackles, 5 Pressures, 3 Run Stops.
