The real short version is she refused to sign a piece of paper allowing me to get a pell grant. My Dad couldn't he made too much money, she had no reported income so I would have received a Pell Grant for college. She refused because she feared the IRS would get her for not reporting income. So I had to go the student loan route. So I wrote her off because the one time I actually ask her for something important she tells me no. So **** that ****.
