We played the 49ers and got zero pressure on Brock. When was the last time we saw a game with Caleb and there was zero pressure on him?

I have to think the Jaguars?

Second question how good our the niners in running the ball? Now compare that to the Bears who haven’t been able to run the ball in 10 years.

Braxton Jones has been blasted back so many times it’s insane.
If Brock Purdy held the ball for 10 seconds like a complete moron the Bears would have looked like they had a competent DL but he doesn’t and they don’t. Brock Purdy did whatever he wanted to because the Bears DL sucks and he needed to wait 1 second for Kittle to hit the MOF where there was never someone within 10 yards of him.

Very similar until you look at the teams records and watch them play. I don't think Daniels is all that and do believe Caleb is going to be very good if not great., but if you watch the games much like anytime you watch a Bears offense vs any other offense, one looks effortless and the other is a grind and claw and scrape for any bit of advancement.
Also until you look at

Daniels 70.5% completion 7.7 average

Williams 61.9 completion 6.3 average

But one guy did it against SEC athletes. The other guy lit up defenses ranked 114 in the nation while looking almost invisible against the top 4 defenses he faced

Yeah could be. But never in my life have I seen a bears quarterback play like him in the second half.
Against who? Game 1 against Minnesota and vs Detroit? They are both at the bottom of the league defending the pass. The 49ers and this past game were garbage time by half time

Packers for one and if that’s true about Minnesota and Detroit why is the opposing QBs they face have horrible stats?

What did Jordan Love do against the Lions in the first half ? 6 completions? How about the first time they faced the Lions in Lameau he threw a pick six and looked mediocre.

This isn’t Mitch bum slaying - he seems to play well against good defenses.

Go watch the end sequence of the Bears Packers that throw to Odunze was sick and then the Packers do an all out blitz and he throws it to Kenan.

It was amazing - Tom Brady started screaming like a fan.

The fact that Caleb put up numbers that close to Jayden Daniels behind this shit offense actually shows how damn good he is even when struggling.

Get Caleb behind a real NFL O-line commanding a real NFL offense, and he's going to be great...
True, but only if he stops playing Home Run ball.

Trubisky/Fields would have curled up in the fetal position after a bad 1st half. Cutler would have been throwing picks left & right. Caleb does deserve credit for not folding
It looked like he was folding on the bench in the second half vs Minnehaha......lol......

I guess if you actually looked at all the sacks, all the completions on 3rd down that don't result in a 1st, and all those games where Caleb 'led' the Bears to fewer than 20 points, you'd get a clearer picture.

YPP = Bears 4.5 last in NFL
Net yards per pass = Bears 4.8 last in NFL
PPG = Bears 19.9 is 25th in NFL
3rd down conversions = Bears 32.3% is 31st in the NFL
So you're saying da Bears are consistent? ....lol....

I can't believe people are still bringing up Jayden's injury. He's not been on the injury report for over a month. That was like half the season ago. Barely took a noticeable hit and he gets a nod for the rest of the year that he's some kind of warrior playing through pain. Caleb gets rocked and leans on the bench for a couple seconds and he becomes a meme with a bad attitude.

Irvin and Ocho Cinco feel Calebs body language and on field antics shows a truly confused player who has lost his swag

Caleb taking his time getting up after a play and costing his team timeouts is a problem

I also wanted to clarify, this isnt saying either of those guys are better than caleb, but at this point its a very low bar to set and caleb is starting to show a combination of all the issues these guys both had with just more flashy arm talent throws.

What you actually showed is that it is VERY likely the problem resides with the McCaskey Bears and not the QBs.
You cut off with Trubisky but you can also track this back to even more GMs/HCs and include Cutler, a pro bowl QB before the Bears got him and gave him no offensive help.

But as far as raw talent coming out of college goes Trubisky<<<Fields<<<<<<<<<<<<<Williams.
And how does that translate to production on the field? Trubisky>>>>>>Fields>>Williams. Odd isn't it?

When you also consider we took a young vet QB who was a success and made him crap and we're flipping the production to talent ratio with rookies, perhaps the problem really is us and not them.

The fact of the matter is all 4 were QBs you should be able to win with yet the Bears can't no matter who the GMs and HCs are. This organization is the problem, the McCaskeys are the problem.
I don't know how they do it but they influence the makeup and coaching of this team.
