As much of an embarrassment as someone has turned this thread into with their mental breakdown, I'd like to stay on topic.

I usually use exercise (weightlifting or cardio) and also outdoor activities with the family for stress relief. I also enjoy having a few beers while smoking meat. My favorite thing I've smoked so far is prime rib
