Tell me more- is this bro-science or is there real science behind your avoidance of whey protein?

It's just unnecessary. Like I said, I'm not interested in building mass, so consuming an abundence of protein doesn't make any sense. No need to make my kidneys work overtime for no reason.

Then he proceeded to curl in the fucking squat rack.

I wanted to punch him in the face so bad.

lmao, I saw a couple of those dorks at my gym as well a couple of weeks ago. Sure as shit they were curling in the squat rack with 2.5lbs on each side.

I know I made a thread about this subject already, but holy shit you guys need to start incorporating gymanstics into your workouts. I have started the past two weeks using the rings and doing dips with my legs straight for a L dip or whatever; I'm so damn sore. My Dad was a sectional gymnast when he was younger and showed me some stuff to do- it was super hard.

Getting yourself up on high rings then doing an L sit along with dips is so friggin tough, I fell like twice. My arms were going everywhere(and I'm in good shape). I'll always keep up with my free weight workouts- but I'm defietly going to concentrate on gymnastics stuff to start off my workouts.

Tends to happen when you ban an elite level lifter. RS has an all-time level squat for his weight class.

Very fratty. I remember the bro movement in college. It was a weird mix of swole roided up guys who still drank a lot of keystone and pizza at 3 am- so it was a bloated beer mass with roids mixed.. Creepy shit lol. Annoying as hell at the gym. They wore those glasses sometimes, all had the same frat t shirts or wore these tank tops that showed their gyno nips.bahaha

I do barbell and dumbbell military press.
Front shoulder raises
Shrugs
Side Pulls

Anything else that you do that is effectice

this is not a joke, its part of my routine. I am rehabbing shouders from rugby....on shoulder day that evening what I like to do I smoke a strong sativa, and then dance crazy with shoulders going for full range of motion and exaggerated movements. I hate dancing but its just in my apartment alone, make sure you hit those rear delts, I recomend rock climbing, resistance bands, gymnastic rings, or on the cable machine, with the pivot pulley set to eye level, pull the v rope straight to your face, focus on the shoulder and pull into a double bicep pose, the wrist angle keys the move into your rear delt.
