You have to consider the source providing the news. From what I've been able to gather on Twitter, that Niagara Falls Reporter is shit. And it looks like shit as well, so keep that in mind. Just because someone is able to make a fancy PDF of their newspaper and put it online does not mean its credible.

I figured my use of the phrase "fancy PDF" would've helped imply the sarcastic tone. Should've used green.

Don't hate on Pagemaker man, we were still using that in the early 2000s on my high school newspaper. Although we had to print out newspaper, rubber cement it together by hand, and then take it off to the printing press in the hood. Good times.

Actually Tim went back and forth with people talking shit about him on Twitter.

Why he isn't posting much, I'm not sure. Then again, there hasn't been any relevant news outside of the grand jury case being postponed.

There's been no settlement talks and no updates in the case.

This is kinda how, for whatever it means, I figured this would go down. Very much like the Rothlesburger case. You wind up with a settlement deal, perhaps a suspension of some type for shining negative light or what is given to Kane and after 2 years really it's only hardcore fans & fans of the rival teams that really keep bringing up all the outrage on the player at various times.

I know some people like Bernstein, i don't hate this about him like some people do but just know he will do it, will ridicule the Hawks and call them hypocritical for their family orientated agenda style that had them firing Susannah Collins for saying sex & having old youtube interviews of asking athletes sexual questions behavior and it not being equally given.

And I could be dead wrong and nothing like that happens, we'll still see.
