I saw it on reddit first, with most of the commenters on it from the buffalo area. Some funny posters on that website.
So what if the alleged rape/assault wasn't Kane but it was at his house and his boys committed it? Is he criminally liable (especially if he helped them cover it up) or just civilly liable because it was at his house? And how do the hawks respond to that?

Then either 1) The BN botched their early report that the accuser said "Kane followed her into a room, overpowered her, and raped her", or 2) She lied.
Also if reports are true that everyone at the house was subpeona'd to appear before the GJ, gang rape is out of the question. You can't allow the accused to testify against themselves without granting immunity. Doesn't make sense. That's according to a criminal defense attorney who I have seen comment on this elsewhere.

Aside from the already corrected "no charges to drop", this brings up an interesting, perhaps rhetorical, question - who leaked the DNA evidence from the rape kit? I have it from two attorneys - one prosecutor and one defense, that prior to indictment this info would NOT be given to the defense. Upon indictment, it would have to be disclosed but it would be used to get the indictment first.
So, why would the DA's office leak this news that apparently helps Kane's case?
Only plausible answer seems to be to dampen the public outcry at going easy on a local sports hero after said press conference.
