Well your initial question wasn't qualified by it being for tonight only. Of course no Hawks fan is whining about him tonight about tonight's game after the sweet tie goal.

Was a really good PP tonight until they started taking the puck to the right side of the boards again. That is now 4 pp goals this series due to plays developing from the left side. I know its not a shared sentiment on these boards but I don't like Kane on the PP and I don't think he gets to play his game being on it. He hurts the right side in my opinion. I know that sounds crazy but I haven't been impressed with him on any pp unit this series. In the Hawks PP defence also I don't think I have ever seen another team getting away with holds and hooks as much as the Wings do when they are on the PK. There probably could have been at least 2 5 on 3's tonight in the Hawks favor. Had it been regular season there certainly would have been. I prefer how the Hawks kill penalties..you know..under the rule books. Part of the reason I don't think Kane has been productive on the PP this series.

and yes the PS was 100% legit and under the rules. Would have been if it were a Detroit player slashed also on a breakaway. So any redwings fan or Stu can eat it. Saad should have had one the other night also. Seems to me that the Wings hacking might finally be catching up to them?

I still believe the moment ashor predicted the Hawks would win games they started to win. Told everyone Ashor was bigger than all of us.

THIS.

It was an anemic call but still technically legit by their own fucking rules---penalty on a player with a reasonable chance to score blah blah blah. SUCK IT Detroit. . .fucking miserable city.

Quincey displayed the right way to break up a 1-on-0 earlier in the game, cleanly. It was the correct call.

By the way, I'll be much more confident if Johnny fucking Oduya is not leading the Hawks' D in icetime on Wednesday. He and Hammer are NOT a top pairing.Pretty fortunate that Crawford bailed them out, several times. Please, Q, ride your top horses in game 7. 30 minutes for Keith and Seabrook both. Thank you.

When goal three happened-- explain to me how the play previous was onside that led to it.

Was it a gaffe by the officials, or did I miss something?

The Hawks' third goal? If so, the Wang player brought the puck back into the zone. That washes out ANY player that is offsides.

Me neither.

I thought that if you're ahead of the puck and it comes back into the zone-- offsides.

I've been watching/playing for 25 years and I still learn weird shit like that all the time. I actually just learned that maybe five years ago. If the puck comes out of the zone, and the opposing team puts it back into their defensive zone, the offsides is washed out. Probably in place to prevent intentional whistles?

He didn't lead the Hawks, Seabs and Keith did. Oduya was 3rd.

Hammer played really well tonight. What the hell are you bitching about now? Oduya played fairly well too despite his usual 1 or 2 gaffs during a game including a horrible icing late in the game..yikes that was dumb. Not as is Keith and Sabs didn't get high ice time minutes also. sometimes you make things sound worse than they actually are.

You are wrong Ton Oduya did lead the team over Keith by about 40 seconds. Big fucking deal. I like having 4 guys that can log minutes. looks to me that the Wings blueline is starting to slow down because they don't. We will see in game 7. Still another step to go.

I'm showing Oduya at 24:37, and Keith and Seabrook both with less than 24. Am I missing something?

IMO Hjalmarsson has been the best defenseman on the ice during the playoffs.
