I'm showing Oduya at 24:37, and Keith and Seabrook both with less than 24. Am I missing something?

Nevermind, you are correct.

Hammer played really well tonight. What the hell are you bitching about now? Oduya played fairly well too despite his usual 1 or 2 gaffs during a game including a horrible icing late in the game..yikes that was dumb. Not as is Keith and Sabs didn't get high ice time minutes also. sometimes you make things sound worse than they actually are.

You are wrong Ton Oduya did lead the team over Keith by about 40 seconds. Big fucking deal.

Hammer was pretty damn awesome tonight. But Oduya had me holding my breath every time the puck was near him. I love Hammer, and he's been the Hawks' best defenseman. Unfortunately the D run as pairings, so if Hammer is getting a ton of icetime, so is Oduya. I thought Oduya made at least 2-3 absolute back breakers that he got bailed out on. Hammer, despite that one really, really bad giveaway, had a really strong game.

To be honest I wasn't impressed with Hossa again in this game. Yeah, goal and an assist, but he's still not his usual rock solid self. Making a lot of uncharacteristic turnovers and ill-advised plays. The Hawks still had roughly half the roster playing below average, and still won the game. I'm hoping they get a better percentage of guys playing up to their potential in game seven, or I'm going to have a heart attack.

IMO Hjalmarsson has been the best defenseman on the ice during the playoffs.

Keith has been this series in my opinion then Hammer. Hammer is even starting to get his wheels going now. Overall I have had no real issues with out defence accept how Q has matched them up earlier in the series. Getting Keith and Seabs back together has been a benefit to both those guys and the rest of the blueline roster in my opinion. Still not sure why it took this long but now that it has I think its made a big difference.

Q forgot that this was the playoffs.... glad he remembered though because STK and DS back together helped us back into this series. Gotta ride the horses when this time rolls around.

lol yah I get nervous with Oduya also. Hes a high risk high reward guy. I know his gaffs get highlighted..i yell at him too plenty/ I lost my shit when he iced that puck!!

Hossa is just so strange. One minute he is diving around like a maniac after loose pucks and blocking lanes then the next shift he is un-noticeable. I want more out of him too. Im sure the excuse of him being moved around is going to come up but he hasn't really been that much of a stand out all series. Tonight was acceptable but I still want more too. Im thinking hes starting to feel his injury history again and who knows if that vertigo stuff is acting up or if it was ever real. He doesn't look himself you are right. Kane is still making me a little off also but at least that top line now looks better than it has. Chances are more often and frequent..little more ice opening up. Kane has a lot to do with that but at the same time another night of watching him try the short side shot. Getting really old. Stalberg also...yikes what happened to that guy this series besides the early benching? Bickells carrying that line easily. Not what I expected.

But i dont want to nit pick overall that 3rd period tonight was outstanding until the last 5 minutes when it got a little crazy. The team showed a shit load of character. Enough where game 7 could be something extremely amazing or just a hard one to swallow as they always are. I think the pressure is on the Wings a bit more but the way this series has gone its a 50/50 game..home ice could be the difference. This series has been a hockey fans dream if they want one with a lot of things to talk about and a lot of up and downs.

and yes the PS was 100% legit and under the rules. Would have been if it were a Detroit player slashed also on a breakaway. So any redwings fan or Stu can eat it. Saad should have had one the other night also. Seems to me that the Wings hacking might finally be catching up to them?

I still believe the moment ashor predicted the Hawks would win games they started to win. Told everyone Ashor was bigger than all of us.

I've been watching/playing for 25 years and I still learn weird shit like that all the time. I actually just learned that maybe five years ago. If the puck comes out of the zone, and the opposing team puts it back into their defensive zone, the offsides is washed out. Probably in place to prevent intentional whistles?

That reminds me of a game earlier this season where one of an opposing player's foot was over the line before the puck crossed (which I think later in the play they ended up scoring) and people were complaining about it being a blatant offsides. They didn't know what offsides was for like 10 minutes. It was weird.

Well it's the Playoffs---points are hard to come by and seeing as Kaner was the only player who could be bothered to give any fucks and score in the losses, I will fangurl GLEEFULLY and GLADLY takes Hossa's 4 pts. in the 3 wins. . .seeing as his 2 goals account for 17% of the Hawks goals in those 3 wins. This is what fangurls DO.

THIS.

It was an anemic call but still technically legit by their own fucking rules---penalty on a player with a reasonable chance to score blah blah blah. SUCK IT Detroit. . .fucking miserable city.

Considering there was one CLEAR PS not called in game #4 and another in the same game that was close they can **** OFF.

Now I remember why I hate RedWing fans.

**** self proclaimed "Hockey Town" left before they made it 4-3. **** them. I hope the Hawks make them EAT FUCKING SHIT on Wed!
