I feel like I've read this before.I have been to Pequods in many occasions. It is simply the best Chicago style pizza I've had. Being that many people from out of town go to more known places like Unos or Dues, I cannot stress enough how much ya guys are missing out on great local Chicago pizza by not trying this pizza!! The sauce is fantastic. The crust is very good. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I hope more people read this and move on over from the Unos franchises and such, to a local based pizza place such as Pequods. Forget the snobbery of some Chicagoans, who almost shun on this becoming "touristy". Forget that! This is hands down the best pizza in Chicago. I can't wait to drive back on over there and grab me some!

One of my favorite things from last Thursday, was the torture that Derp was going through on which pizza he was going to bring to yoga instructor. He said his plan was to bring a frozen Aurelio's. I wonder if he knows there is an Aurelio's a mere 10 minute car ride to the "Gold Coast."
Pequods highly overrated. Sad! Too much crust and not enough sauce/toppings.
I did read they have parking lot security so if you leave a pie on your car roof you're good...no worries.
