He is RFA not UFA. There is no immediate need to resign him right now. They will get something for him either way.
Exactly! Theoretically the Hawks hold all the cards here, they present the contract they're comfortable giving and Seabrook signs or holds out. Unless he has abritration rights, does he?
Hate to sound like Harrold Ballard here but I don't know why teams started giving players all the power in these RFA negoiations. 1st and 2nd time RFAs have cashed in like never before yet some people think the owners took the players to the cleaners during the lockout.
