I'd be shocked if Seabs or Bolland was traded. Just posted the link so people could read it.
Is the fourth period where Pukes reports?

Sbrok - 45gms - 3g - 22a - 25pts - -1 - 136hits - 74 blks - 24:27 (2:36pp/2:56pk)

Lose Seabrook...and lose the only physical defenceman. His 136hits - are almost as much as Keith, Campbell, Hjarlmarsson, Cullimore, Hendry and Leddy combined - 140.
Not sure what you mean. It's just one of many sites I check out a few times a week as we approach the trade deadline. Is Pukes Pagnotta?
As far as accuracy there no better/worse than any of the other hockey insider sites out there.
I wouldnt mind the Hawks looking to get a guy like Babchuk for the 3rd pairing with Leddy. They could afford him (getting rid of a combination of the 2 - boynton/hendry/johnson). Big guy, heavy right handed shot (Hawks lack a guy that can bring it from the point), he's UFA at years end.
I heard Puck Jim jump for joy all the way from here! HAHA!
I agree.
They don't mention a Center coming back for Bolland either. We can not afford to trade a Center. Johnson is not a replacement for Bolland.
That's not all Puckjim was doing.

I assumed but have to draw the line somewhere.
The visual might taint me for the rest of my life.
Yeah...not sure what center they could/would be able to get for Bolland....especially based on who's available. If he were to get moved, it would be more in the offseason, IMO.
They need to find a vet Dman that can pair with Leddy. Guys on the roster they'd prob more likely move with remaining caphit - Skille (280k), Dowell (245k), Hendry (280k)- and they have 309K under the cap. They wouldnt get anything for Johnson (233k), Scott (239k - signed for next year as well), or Boynton (233K).
Players out there with remaining contract - (Not a list of everyone I think they should get, was just looking at losing teams, or players in last year of deal that may not cost much) -
Gil - 1.05mil
Babchuk - 654K
Montador - 725K
Smid - 608K
Greene - 344k
Campoli - 654K
I have a very hard time believing Bowman is listening to offers for Seabs. I have a hard time believing 1) Rocky would give his support in a deal involving Seabs and 2) The coaching staff and players would be overly thrilled with the idea. 3) Doubt sponsors or investors like the idea of losing a fan favorite but then again what the **** do investors know about this shit that's why GM's are hired.
Not buying it. But I guess "listening to offers" is pretty vague. GM's field and listen to offers all the time that doesn't mean they are pushing for or wanting to make deals. Seabs has a high market value so any offers would have to be pretty significant ones.
I will say this if Bowman did pull a deal off involving Seabs he would be in the hot seat here and not a fan favorite. Bowman has yet to really impress me as a GM but even I don't think he is this stupid.
Hal Gil is interesting he really helped in shutting down Pitt/Wash last year with Montreal.
I agree with you, but a good GM has to "listen to offers" no matter what, it's if he pulls the trigger then we can *****, I like you don't think it will happen.
