But he's the best at his position left in free agency so why wouldn't we want him to play for the Bears?? Every GM has plans A,B,C and D laid out at this time of year.

We had so many bad, and average players on DEF, that getting above average, and good FAs (not even great or elite) is an upgrade. When you go from F or D to B, that's a significant improvement. AND if helps to improve those players that already WERE good, or great.

They added Ngata and put him at NT...and kept the 4-3. Probably at DT.
