you wont get nate jones, nestor molina and only pay 3 million for dempster. that just wont happen.
The players in the deal depend too on how much money will be in the deal.

Nope. Front office has to gauge the market and see whether the guy would just take that deal or test the market.
If you can't include Nestor Molina then I don't see how you are going to get a deal done if there are other teams after him. Dempster already sold his house in Chicago (per somewhere, I heard it a few days ago).
