They would make a good dynamic duel.

Man, I want NOTHING to do with DeMarcus Cousins. His attitude problem will kill his career. He has the potential to pass Rasheed Wallace in technical fouls for his career total. :lmao:

The kid has talent....but that attitude problem will not fit with this Bulls team.

Losing any player for nothing is bad if you can otherwise get something in-return for him. There are a lot of teams in desperate need for a defensive-minded/rebounding center.

Not many need a shitty center though. That will hurt Asik's trade value.

After Asik and Gibson leave in free agency, the Bulls will have no depth anyway behind Noah and Boozer. I'd rather keep at least 1 of those big men and deal the other two for a player before the Bulls lose them.

Dallas could use a player like Asik. Sacramento, Portland, Detroit, New Jersey, Toronto, New York, Atlanta, Cleveland, Houston, the Clippers, and Denver could, too.

Well thank God we overpaid Boozer and Noah so Gibson is a cap casualty!

This front office is hilariously bad. Thankfully Angelo is still in town for the time being so all of it is covered up.

Please direct me to the rumors of them looking for a shitty center.

Thanks.

It is what it is. Deal with the situation ahead and not behind.

Thanks.

Asik is one of the better rebounders and defensive players in the league. And those teams all lack a secondary true center, except Portland who just needs extra depth behind their old/injury-prone center spot.

Asik is horrible offensively and superb on the boards and rebounds. There is no denying that.

False if it's another shitty player back.

The shittiest players typically come from the veteran minimum pool of players. If the Bulls allow Gibson and Asik to leave in free agency then that is exactly where the Bulls will need to go look at to seek their replacements.

Yes there is.

Asik is a stiff.

So there's no difference then? Might as well let him walk and choose from a larger pool then

I win again!

Asik has height, length, and a lot of athleticism to alter/block shots. He is the best rebounder on the team PER36. And while PER36 has too much weight in terms of evaluating players, it should not be ignored altogether either. Being the best rebounder per-minute on the best rebounding team in the league is an accomplishment.

You make zero sense.

Scenario A) The Bulls let Asik or Gibson walk in free agency and replace him with a Joel Pryzbilla type of player.

Scenario B) The Bulls trade Asik or Gibson before their contract expires and gain a Courtney Lee type of player and maybe even a low draft pick abd gain a better player and more trade leverage.

Per 36 made Yinka Dare a double double player.

I disregard using it for a guy that isn't good enough to stay on the floor for any length of time

I figured you'd be dumb enough to try and back it up using Per36..thanks for not disappointing.

Ok.

O Rly!? You know this would happen for a fact?

LOL at Rami making wild speculation.

They let Asik walk and bring over Mirotic with the buyout money.

Win for the Bulls!

I can make wild speculations too!

You fucking suck.

LOL at you overrating Asik.

Okay so we have established that PER36 is a useless because the troll FirstTimer claims it is.

Asik is the worst defensive player and rebounder in the NBA.
