I get what you're saying, but just because Pace was a part of the Saints' franchise, doesn't mean that he agrees 100% with their player evaluations and wants in a QB.

No but you'd have to think they'd at least be similar since Pace designed their scouting system.

But we don't know they are actually interested.

Mariota will beat you with his arm

If beating you is throwing a slant, a screen or making one read, he'll be all over it.

BTW, since we are just making up things and bringing them into unrelated conversations, BRIDGEWATER WAS A MUCH better passer than Mariota is coming out, PERIOD.

All against your OHIO STATE...

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Hard to believe the Titans are that desperate, but if they are fine. As much as people hate Cutler in Chicago, he's not a scrub. No to Mariota at 2.

He's not a scrub. I'll give you that. But he has a hugely over-paid contract for a team that needs to re-build. What is his upside with this team or better yet, what is the team's upside with him as their qb with that contract? This is why that if they can find a team to take on that contract, then they have to do it. Mariota may be a good quarterback but the brighter side is they will be rid of a mistake named Jay Cutler. Cut your losses!

Ya, he really lit us up.....lol. Past the first drive he looked pretty pedestrian. No, I am not going to look at your pathetic single screen shots when discussing a guys entire body of work as that is nonsensical.

Ohhh because you have watched every single one of his games right? And all he does is throw screens, slants and has one read plays? You haven't watched jack shit and by the looks of it, you know jack shit as well. The guy makes NFL caliber throws every single game. Is he a perfect prospect? No, but his upside and what he has shown tells me he can be successful in the NFL just like other mobile, read option QB's have been like Kaep, Cam and Wilson.

But I should expect that from an Ohio State, Michigan State (wtf?), Cubs and soccer fan.

No, bc I watched enough of his play to know what the Oregon offense was, and it was not anything akin to what he will/would run in the NFL unless he went to Philly and they ran it for him.

First you ask me to analyze 5 plays, and now you talk about how I haven't analyzed enough tape on the kid, lol.

Try to make some semblance of an argument. I am NOT SAYING HE WON'T succeed, and never have....you are exploding at me for no reason. I am simply pointing out he hasn't shown enough of an intermediate/multi-read stick in the pocket game to assume he'd waltz right into the NFL and excel as some of you apparently think he will.

Is a ND fan really making fun of MSU and tOSU right now?

Wow, that BB run got you salty and ready for a fight, and now that ND is a BB/Soccer school, your comments make a lot of sense.

IF, and a big one, IF the bears pull this off, do you think they should get someone younger in the WR core to grow with him, if not this draft then the next one. I know Jeffery is young, but I remember the Colts drafted the TE from the same school in the 2nd round... would that even do any good to find someone that young, or should we just stick to Defense with the rest of the solid picks in this draft?

You two limp-wristers should argue over whose dad can beat the other one's up next. Clearly neither of you has accomplished anything of substance in your lives.

Notre Dame has a richer sports history dude regardless of OSU winning a natty this year. It is also a top 10 school for academics.

Ohio State does have the big ten by the balls though right now
