I thought I mentioned it in my post earlier. I lift the eggs to allow the runny top to make contact with the pan. I do not flip the eggs

My bad... I jumped to the next page with new posts and missed that one.

Personally I prefer pan-flipping and covering myself in egg...

I am still to this day afraid of flipping. Even when I do over-easy I do it over the sink just in case.
