Baalke and Ballard have kompromat on their owners. No other explanation.
Schoen and Dabol built that roster and made that Daniel Jones decision together. I know we get blinded by the Bears incompetence, but it has to be at least a third of the league is every bit as incompetent. It's crazy.

Schoen and Daboll make more sense to me to keep in that you can clearly see they just made a bad evaluation on Jones and the hand was a little bit forced by the timing of the Jones rookie deal ending right as they got there. It was a horrific evaluation - they should have extended Saquon and franchise tagged Jones to make him prove it 2 years in a row.
There is an issue in general right now in the league that teams are paying elite money to just any starting QB that has any good year or is slightly above average. It's pretty crazy really.

I don't really understand the Weaver one, or really any defensive HC that would be a first time HC as being of interest.
on edit: I guess that would be Glenn too. At least from that interview, maybe you can get some insight on your team from a division rival.
