If they don't get Ben Johnson then it will be a fail. The guy can get anyone completely open if no one has noticed. And he understands the game situations.

How the hell does Baalke keep his job? They had to go with Pederson last time as no top candidate wanted to work with him. And they are keeping him again? Makes no sense. He isn't some world beater roster builder either.

I get that he is a slime ball. I just don't understand what is wrong with the JAX owner that Baalke was even given a 2nd chance at GM or that he continues to be employed as a GM. Baalke must be good at something, just not something for public eyes.
