Not more to blame, but needs to shoulder some blame for the altercation.

Doubt you'd see that from any player in his position. If he did, for instance, throw the "N" word out there, the ref was right on top of the action and would have heard it himself. I think any QB gets as pissed in that scenario. It's more a reaction of hey, I'm a QB and you can't do that to me. Haha.

My feeling on the situation is Garret got heated cause Rudolph was coming at him and he didn't like that. It ends up being the type of thing that looks 100 times worse than it likely was. I didn't see it as Garret maliciously trying to inflict serious hurt on Rudolph with the helmet but rather just a wild swing meant to say, "get the fuck off me." Unfortunately for Garrett, it will be viewed as a malicious attempt aimed at hurting Rudolph. He'd likely be suspended many games or even for the rest of the year even if he had thrown just a fist but with the helmet in hand, just makes it look that much worse.

I love both Pouncey brothers and how they've always come to defend their QB's or any teammate but he does still deserve a suspension. Need some clear video of that. Did he snap that kick out with intent to hurt Garrett's boys? One problem for Garrett would be that too much time passed from that point to the point he swung the helmet at him so it would not be viewed as reactionary even if his nuts were still hurting from it. But, yeah, you could make the point that Rudolph is worthy of some suspension time himself.
