Imagine a vinegar based sauce having a vinegar taste.
I'm not a fan of the breadcrumbs in meatballs. It takes away from the meat texture.
Sugar in Ketchup? It's like totally masking the tomatoes.
When I order ceviche and find out they put lime juice in it I send it back. Takes away from the raw fish flavor.
Once I was at this authentic mexican place and they put tomatillos into their salsa verde, could barely taste the jalapenos.
Marmite has way too much sodium, can't even detect the Niacin/Riboflavin combo.
BTW and FTR, i love Sriracha sauce, put it on literally everything, and then lick it off my paper plates when done. It is vinegar based but i still love it and many do, even though i wish it was less vinegary. Perhaps they should sub the vinegar for vinegar powder, its like the same nutritional makeup, so idk wtf the people over there making it are thinking.
