I might have a smoothie after basketball with the boys and then, yes, just dinner which is gonna be a steak, broccoli, sweet potatoes and if I don't put my avocado for the day in a smoothie I'll have it right after dinner. I'll just kinda smash it up and put a tablespoon of manuka honey on it. I like it that way or just with salt and pepper on it.

now if you be eating a pound steak every night.... which is bad for you..real bad...... dats roughly 600-1000 (depending on cut) calories for a pound..if your eating a pound a night that is.. but youre probably eating 250 grams starving mo... another 1-2 hundo for you sides n roughly a hundo for the avocado.. roughly 1100-1300 for dinner or 700-1300 depending on the cut.. n even less if you eating 250 gram steaks
