Love coconut. Not many people seem to. I've cooked a little with coconut oil, I can't recall it having any discernable taste. I tend to use peanut oil because of the cost.

peanut oil is nice to cook with... nice clean taste.. high smoke point...real good with stir frys to get better flavors from the actualz ingredients imo...... its what make chick-f-ila chicken taste clean too......but i generally just use real olive oil, butter, clarified butter or a olive oil/butter mixture...

just know your source of olive oil dough..... even check the source of the italian, spanish labeled ones.. cause some are blended.. i pay a lil mo for mine, which isnt much......but i know where it comes from and whats in it and thats worth the extra couple of bucks... i be use an aussie brand but its 100%...

be looking at gym equipment.. damn the shit be got expensive.. decent power racks be 5-1000+.. they do got some aussie no names fer about 300.. then ye need expensive plates n bars...been gone too long.. shit use to be cheaper iirc... well everythang use to be cheaper... may be worth it if imma lift long term.....cause gym membership be 7-800 a year in aus. will do the gym fer a yr before seriously thinkn about n committing me garage into me own real gym...

barring injury thatll permanently stop me... i be think once i start lifting again.. im not going to stop.. not til im dead.. buts one step at a time.. i do see the path though... aint going into dis completely blind n off du cuff nemore

probably gonna head the iron grandfather route.. n start competing when i be ready @ 50-55 yrs old.. about there afta a decades+ of bulking n refining cuts.. okay maybe not dat extreme, dat juiced n bulked to get on stage.. but will keep it going ferever from a strength perspective..

sweet dreamz spar 'sweetpea' ty .. mm cant wait to see some pics to back that system of YOURS spar 'buttercup' tan. 'starvation' IF by the 'starvin' spartan.. has a ring to it doughz

im glad you really eat 4 times a day, instead of the 2 you was gavel pounding about n shittn on peeps who eat more......... but u is grazing like a cow yoself..

and surely ur system aint no warrior IF... spartan starvation IF aint real IF neway. you is actually more on a LONG 16 hour time restricted cal restriction.. dat system be is works too.. they similar but not.. but i know u know these things..

n stop with the caffeine if u is about the IF life.. caffeine breaks duh fast on a molecular level... dem green teas fer 16 hours a day be make u be fooling yoself thinking you IF'ing or on time restriction.. mang you aint fasting until u sleep fer 8.. go water 100% during non feed time.. if ur gonna preach IF.. at least do real IF firss.. so in reality your time restriction diet is more juss like a pure cal restriction diet.. but on duh extreme.... starvation.. dat works too

so my 5-7 meals was generally consumed in 10 hours.. but 12 a lot of duh days... so in reality i was closer to dat 16/8 more days than you was/is on your tea heavy 8/16

You’re extremely obese. Why would anybody want to follow your 5-6 just feed yo face from sun up to sundown method? We got your message, if you’re not obese, you be starving. No need to repeat something so idiotic 100 times.

Peanut oil ok but not as healthy an oil as others and it’s chemically processed. Coconut oil good for cooking on medium heat, don’t want to exceed 350 or it breaks down. Avocado oil good for cooking up to a bit higher temps. When cooking with oil if you see them start smoking, it means you’ve exceeded their temp limit and they are breaking down with all the good stuff going up in smoke.

Spartan, I keep reading stuff about coconut oil and all these people are saying they love it cause it's simple and tastes great. So many people saying it tastes great. Is there another type of coconut oil or are they insane? This shit tastes horrendous. And its oily as all hell.

Forgot to mention, have you tried MCT oil? It’s purely the MCT oil extracted from coconut oil. It can be taken from other sources too but coconut is the best source so want to make sure it comes from that. Most popular brands of MCT oil are Nature’s Way and NOW, both taken from coconut oil.

Unlike regular coconut oil, it has no taste but you want to start off taking very little at a time, maybe even half a tbsp, til your system gets accustomed cause it stokes things up and spits them out if ya know what I mean.

I ain’t preaching shit. I’m informing and teaching. Spreading the knowledge to make everybody’s life a little bit better. It’s what I do.

No, Aussie, I’m not starving but let us say a prayer tonight for all of those who are.

Vaccines are bad for you. Anybody with a brain knows that. Seriously, what idiot would think injecting disease, bacteria, aluminum, mercury, both animal and human proteins etc directly into the bloodstream is a good idea? You’d have to be either completely brainwashed or brain dead.

Spartan does not know what active shooter you speak of but is certain you’ll believe anything you’re told to believe by the other dummies.

You need to call on your inner warrior spirit in order to make yourself bold enough to think and reason for yourself.

Spartan also thinks it quite funny you addressed a flat earther with that shit. Lmao

You shouldn't have pointed it out to me, dummy, cause I don't think the earth is flat. Why would I care if a brainwashed piss ant thinks I'm full of shit anyway?

FTR, I dont care what spatan be up to troll wise.. we juss wasting each others time fer no reason other than to waste time.... but he still a IF fraud...unless he really dat dumb n challeneged........ thanks fer the advice though. n yes vaccines may be have permanent side effects that be ills society... a lot of shooutin are be staged and the earth is indeed flat.., just look at your floor under yo feet now... flat.

Had me orientation today.. lots of info.. too much.. nice working for a non profit though.. the client first mission... it aint about dat profit....sure it may be about trying to expand and get more funding etc etc etc.. but at least its not about cutting corners at the cost of quality of care n shit..... i be already feel good..

da gym may not be possible while im the low man on duh totem pole if i want a reg routine.. may need to wait on it until i work me way up a tad.. maybe 6-12 months... there be two departments and each department does tons of shit.. so besides whatever hours ill be get fer each department..... i'll also be on call fer both and doubles/splits etc aint out of the question.. especially since they work on the 24/7 365 schedule.. or ill just have to fit the gym in where i can and accept not getting in to a routine... at least the gym be 24/7 too though... but thats still a future plan... n i still got me shit here..

being that shit will be on a non routine schedule.. ill be pushing to go harder and faster asap... will need to lessen me workout times n rampz up intensity to make sure ill be get them in.. so modify i will...

yes n no.. n no and yes.. i may even go two a days if i feel like im not getting in enough work......will have to adjust diet n feed times tooo..... ill just need to figure out the whole new work schedule thang n what i can expect on average even though itll be up and down a lot.. ultimately, 1 meal a day + wiggle room for a +1 small meal (shake) may be the best option...... i use to struggle with those back in the day.. ill just need to be mo disciplined and not get lazy and reach for the quickest yummiest thang available when i walk in the door. just have shit ready to go..

i probably be got a few weeks before it kicks off unless im first on deck.. will know soon enough.... im one of 6 new hires and they break in one/two at a time to not disrupt their system. we be get 3 buddy shifts per department and then off ye go.. plus the national disability schemes have recently changed in australia and it be guud for this company.. they expanding rapidly cause of it... so i may be worked like crazy for the next 1-3 years until it normalizes.. plus the employee dropout turnover rate thang...

Why I went to peanut oil. The high temp cooking point. I still use olive oil mostly.

Don't be jelly and mad, bro. It's making you look the fool.

A sauna suit? Hopefully the day comes when you learn you have to let go of your obsession with food if you want to stop being obese. You can't eat so much so often and expect to lose such a significant amount of weight.

This thread is classic.

Ive been IF’ing for 3 years and plan on doing it forever. It works like any diet that helps put you in a caloric deficit but for me the most important part is it is sustainable and fits in my lifestyle perfectly. It’s effortless and enjoyable which makes it sustainable. I saw someone talking about this crash diet he does when he needs to lose some lbs but it’s miserable. WTF is the purpose of that? To look good for one event and go off the deep end. If it’s not sustainable for you, you will always regress to where you started (or worse) which is a waste.

I’m 6’2” and was at my high point 3 years ago of 221 lbs which I looked and felt fat AF. Was down to 175 lbs in 7 months with IF, cardio, and some weight training. I’m an athletic beast to begin with so that helped. Highly recommend, particularly if you are not necessarily hungry in the morning like a lot of people. My wife couldn’t do it because she gets nauseous and headaches if she goes too long without eating in the day. The hardest part for me is stopping the window at 7-8 pm when I am tired and have little will power and could easily shovel junk food in my mouth without thinking about it. And you don’t have to be a nut about it. Of course I will eat breakfast on the weekends if we take the kids out or with family.

Popular choice. I wouldn’t make that much of a big deal about which oil is chosen for cooking but do think the highly processed oils like soybean, corn, canola, sesame, grape seed and the like should be avoided.
